AIR CONDITIONED Terrace Apartment Prague

Great location, great host, clever-made appartment!

Pros: The apartment has a great location, and the price-quality ratio is unmatched. It was very clean, quite cosy, great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee (or night drinks, if you not in the winter :) ). Something that I appreciate is the bahtroom made in a way that it does not get all wet after shower - for that size it is made clever! There is Netflix for the movie lovers. All the amenities are available, and different coffee options :) The wifi is fast and reliable - and also, in the digital era with so many devices - the appartment is clever made with lots of sockets! Marek is a great host, he was always available and replied to our questions all the time! You can find many traveller's tips and brochures in the appartment, Marek also has some great recommendations to enjoy the city! Self check-in and check-out is a comfortable option, although I would have loved to meet our host in person :) I highly highly recommend and upon returning to Prague, will definitely book again!

Cons: Contrary to other reviews that I read before booking it, the stairs are not a minus to me. Yes, there is no elevator and 4 floors need to be climbed, but it is a nice little exercise after enjoying great food and the best beer in the world! Come on, this is the most walkable of cities - few stairs are not a show stopper, if you are in good health.

Pros: Great location, very central and only a short walk away from the old town. Host was very helpful and gave excellent self check in instructions. Facilities were good, included coffee was a nice bonus

Pros: Hotel in central area not far away from metro snd tram station. We spend relaxing time on the balcony after touring Prague. Good AC

Pros: Excellent location. Everything in walking distance. Host was very helpful with tips for places to see and eat. The Bed very comfortable too. Good quiet air conditioning.

Cons: The bins inside the entrance to the building a little off putting, but the apartment is lovely. The apartment is 3and a half flight of stairs (I was aware of this)and I embraced the challenge.

Extremely cosy & clean apartment

Pros: Clean, good quality bed linen and towels, good shower, very comfortable bed, kitchen with all basic utensils. Apartment with good lighting, super quiet. Photos of the apartment are accurate and up to date. Marek is extremely attentive and polite. He is the best host I've ever known! I will certainly stay here again.

Pros: The apartments are close to the center and the metro, but on a quiet street. There are a shop and a wonderful Imperial restaurant nearby. The apartments are perfect for relaxing together, there is everything you need. The owner is very pleasant and responsive. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. Very comfortable bed and good mattress

Pros: A very intimate apartment, perfectly located and functional. Marek is a fantastic host and gave us very good recommandations of places to eat and activities. He was very available and booked taxis for us to the airport
