Nice place to spend your birthday.

Pros: The welcoming, it was my son's birthday and we were received with a nice greeting card and a bottle of wine, something we were not expecting. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. Nice apartment.

Cons: The location is excellent but too noisy. Sometimes the toilet outside the room was not very cleam. There was not breakfast option available, but cofee was available all time.

Pros: Great apartment right in the heart of the Old Town! The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance. The room is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the coffee served is absolutely delicious ☕️ Highly recommended!

Perfect apartments for your vacation in Prague!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is amazing, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments are big and very clean, plenty of space for families with kids. We had everything we needed and will most definitely come visit again!

Pros: Brilliant location in the center of Prague. Very easy to locate. Reception was friendly and had complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. Apartment is large and well equipped

Pros: Lovely warm welcome from Kimi in reception. Super friendly. Great location. Very spacious and spotlessly clean.

Pros: The location was great, complimentary coffee on a morning too.

Cons: No late check-in, was asked to pay 35€ to a key handler after we'd booked.

Pros: Excellent location. The room overlooked the courtyard, so there was no noise from the tourist street at all.

Happy to have found such a comfortable place to stay in Prague.

Pros: Royal Road Residence is in such a convenient location in old town only minutes walk from Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge and we could see the spires and tops of the bridge towers from our bedroom window! Trams, metro and bus stops are within easy access to get to the airport, O2 Arena, Train Station and further out. The room we had was very spacious and included a balcony and great rooftop views. Hot water and a bath! Facilities are available for basic cooking and a few creaks and groans can be heard staying in an old historical building but we loved it. Thank you to the friendly staff also.
