Pros: Fantastic location. Apartment was large and well equipped.

Cons: The bathroom needs some ventilation as there is mould on the ceiling.

Pros: The host was very polite and accommodating. The appartement was very clean and spacious with a nice view of street below. Location could not have been more perfect... steps away from main square and from bridges.

Pros: Everything was great. We were moved to another property at the last minute Karoliny Svetle 1018/7 it was amazing. Great location, great apartment.

Cons: The entrance to the property had no lights working, had to use the torch on the phone.

Pros: Excellent communication from the host company and friendly, helpful staff. Max was very pleasant and informative. Excellent facilities and great location for all the main attractions and many local restaurants. Very spacious apartment with great living room and bedrooms. Two bathrooms helpful for the family. Kitchen had all the amenities one could wish for. Quiet and very comfortable stay.

Cons: Though the fans worked well for us, I imagine if it was hotter, air conditioning could be helpful. However, the spacious rooms with high ceilings helps keep the apartment cooler. Wi fi was a little temperamental at times.

Overall, the apartment is impeccable.

Pros: The apartment is in a convenient location, nicely furnished, clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Since the days were very hot, it was impossible to sleep in the apartment without air conditioning. However, fans were provided, and although they didn’t really help, it did show some extra thoughtfulness. When booking the apartment, the description mentioned a private parking space and a balcony, but unfortunately, neither of them was available.

Pros: Comfortable and luxurious apartment in a fantastic location. The staff member who met us at the apartment was warm and welcoming. He gave us some great recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The manager was also very accomodating in allowing us leave our bags in their office after checkout, as we had a late flight out of Prague. Made our day much easier - thanks!

Cons: There was pressure to confirm an arrival time given the companies reception is not on site and they carry out a meet and greet service. While I understand their desire for this certainty, it made our travel a bit stressful as we were doing a road trip and unsure of our exact timing.

Pros: location, clean, wide enough to accomodate even 2 families

Cons: The person who answered the phone number provided by the company practically scolded me. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer. I don't understand how someone who treats someone who is on vacation like this can work in the service industry. This note is not written for the customers who rent, but rather for the managers of the companies that provide the rental service.

Pros: Exactly what is promises to be. Perfect value for money choice
