Great apartment in Old Town Prague that is in a quiet central location.
Pros: The apartment is in a great location in Old Town Prague which is a beautiful part of the city. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, in a small block and in a quiet location. The wifi, heating and the host was great.
Cons: The mattresses on the beds are very thin and uncomfortable. The beds could do with better quality mattresses. The shower is a bath shower that you need to sit in to shower. Could do with a shower curtain to enable you to stand to shower and to avoid water going all over the bathroom floor.

Neat, tidy, well-presented apartment in the old town of Prague 1
Pros: Clean, tidy and quiet apartment. Great location in Prague. Free coffee pods were appreciated. WiFi was easy to access. Bedrooms are spacious. Plenty of room to store and hang clothes.
Cons: There were no sugar sachets for the coffee. The rugs in bedroom could present a trip hazard and could do with being taped to the floor. A lamp in the living/dining area could provide soft ambient light instead of having to use the ceiling lights.

Pros: Great location in old town near main square. Warm , comfortable and spacious 2bdrm apartment. Beds super comfortable.
Cons: No shower curtain.

Space and quiet in the hub of Old Town
Pros: Location excellent and secure - walked to all key old town sights and whilst near to pub restaurants - quiet and great space
Cons: Had everything provided - lovely extra furnishings etc. No issues - Great welcome email with clear instructions and recommendations so what wasn’t to like!

Ideal location, quiet & secure, and great host.
Pros: The location is ideal - close to central sites, the river, multiple transport links and mini markets/bakeries but still quiet. The apartment was clean, secure, bright and large. The toilet & bathroom both accessible from the hallway so you don't have to walk through the bedroom. Everything we needed to cook and extra touches e.g. books, toiletries etc. were a lovely touch. Host quick to respond with fantastic English. The photos to help locate the apartment were extremely helpful and made arrival very easy indeed.
Cons: The bed was creaky when you moved and gate on the balcony awkward to fully close when leaving - would still not hesitate to recommend.

Pros: Beautiful cosy apartment in very silent and peaceful street, with old Prague genius loci. All major sightseeing points in close proximity. Everything looked as displayed on the pictures, tasteful furniture, comfortable beds. Nice bonus in form of cosmetics, bathroom necessities, coffee in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious apt, nicely updated. Excellent location!
Pros: Excellent location, quiet yet within 5 minutes of the square. Coffee was tasty! Having milk on had would be a plus.
Cons: Would be handy to have a hard copy of guest info … restaurants, etc

Pros: En general todo! Ubicación, decoración, muchos utensilios incluso, champú, gel, sal, azúcar…
Cons: Pasé frío en algún momento, la calefacción se ponía a 18.. y aunq la subieras, al rato bajaba, a mi me gusta estar a 22, pero quizás sea yo, que soy friolera, por lo demás un 10!

Es war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Der Kundenservice der Rezeption passt noch nicht.
Pros: Die Lage, sowie das Appartement sind absolut spitze. Weiterhin kann sich die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sehen lassen.
Cons: Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption bzw. Verantwortlichen für das Objekt war unnötig kompliziert. Es wurde mir und meinen Freunden vorerst verwehrt in das Appartement bzw. sogar den Eingangsbereich zu gelangen, da die Putzfrau ihre Arbeit zur Übergabezeit noch verübte (30 Minuten nach der Übergabezeit fertig). Da es in Strömen regnete und wir samt Gepäck vor dem Haupteingang standen, wurde von der Dame der Rezeption geraten ins nächstgelegene Restaurant zu gehen, anstatt einfach etwas zuvorkommend zu sein und uns von selbst die Möglichkeit eines Unterstandes anzubieten. Bei solchen Verantwortlichen frage ich mich immer, ob Kundenservice in irgendeiner Form überhaupt noch eine Rollen spielt.
