Pros: Safe, new and modern Building. It also includes free private parking.

Cons: Heavy sound of railways and additional City tax (750 CZK)

Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location as city center was minutes away, same with supermarkets and bars.

Pros: Bra boende för oss som reser med bil och vill ha bekväm parkering men ändå nära till centrum. Lägenheten var fräsch och den privata parkeringen var toppen! Perfekt med tvättmaskin också!

Cons: Köket kunde ha varit lite bättre utrustat men inget som störde vistelsen särskilt väl. Väldigt nära tågspår med många passerande tåg. Det bekom inte oss särskilt mycket då vi var trötta efter långa dagar och fönstrena bra isolerade men kan vara värt att tänka på om man är lite mer ljuskänslig än vi.

Ausgesprochen preiswerter und empfehlenswerte Aufenthalt

Pros: Moderne, und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment im Ikea Stil. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Etwa 5 Minuten bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn. Etwa 35 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt. Der Parkplatz ist Mega in der Tiefgarage. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, wie man bei schönem Wetter für einen Terrassenaufenthalt nutzen kann. Sehr ruhiges Haus, das Gebäude liegt neben einem Wertstoffhof und an einer Bahnstrecke, dadurch wird es nachts schon sehr laut.

Cons: Das Fenster kann man zum schlafen nicht auf lassen, weil es durch die Züge extrem laut ist. Die Schienen gehen direkt hinter dem Grundstück vor einem Zaun vorbei.

Dobre miejsce na krótki wypad

Pros: Przestronne mieszkanie, wystarczające dla 4 osób, czyste, szczelne okna: przy zamkniętych hałas dworca nie przeszkadzał Wyposażenie: żelazko, suszarka, zmywarka, pralka, toster, mikrofalka

Cons: Brakowało drobnych rzeczy: czwartego zestawu talerzy, dodatkowego garnka, ostrego noża do pieczywa

Great location if you don't mind a few inconveniences

Pros: The apartment is located in a very nice part of Prague, Vinohrady. There is a park a few minutes away and a Lidl right after. The apartment is quite large and offers plenty of space. It was very convenient for a weekend stay in the city. Check in was very smooth and easy, we got very detailed instructions from the owner and they were also flexible about the checkout.

Cons: The apartment is located right next to the train tracks, and there is A LOT of VERY noisy trains passing at all times, also all through the night. With the windows open, you can't even hear what the other person is saying when the train is passing. If you're sensitive to noise, better bring ear plugs. Also the curtains were very thin and barely blocked the light, in June when the sun rises early that can be a problem. The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable, the frame of the big bed kept cracking as if it was going to collapse any moment. The WiFi was fast, but not very stable - we often got kicked out and had to reconnect.

Pros: Отличное расположение относительно городских достопримечательностей и автовокзала. Комфотрная планировка жилой площади. Вся необходимая техника. Большой плюс, терасса с собственной территорией.

Cons: Не достаточно чисто. Не достаточное количество полотенец и постельного белья. Косметические средства не в надлежащем виде.

Tutto bene tranne l’olio

Pros: Posizione non delle migliori in quanto vicino ai binari e si stanno svolgendo dei lavori giusto li accanto. In compenso però se si chiudono porte e finestre si sente appena

Cons: Direi che non si può dare padelle, sale e non dare l’olio. Questo fa sia ridere che riflettere.
