Puikus variantas, jei jūsų negąsdina nešvara.

Pros: Bendrai, butas fainas, gero išplanavimo, porai dienų-pats tas, be to, pigiau nerasi. Patogus susisiekimas.

Cons: Šeimininkas neprižiūri buto, panašu, kad kiek patys svečiai aptvarko po savęs, tiek ir būna. Viskas apleista. Labiausiai šokiruoja, kad tokio labiausiai matomo dalyko kaip veidrodžiai, stiklai, nesugeba nuvalyti. Viskas apibėgę, aptaškyta. Kanalizacija vonioje-nepravalyta, į vonią-šlykštu lipti. Silpnas apšvietimas.
