Pros: Overall everything was fine, clean sheets, a lot of space, location, sound insulation in the apartments

Cons: internet in the apartments is not too bad but in some areas it doesn’t work at all

Pros: We arrived at 9:30am and was given our room as it was ready. We didn’t have to wait until the official check in time.

Great stay, great location and huge apartment, clean and friendly.

Pros: The apartment (no 13) was huge, massive outdoor area but unfortunately too cold to use. Plenty of pillows and covers. Love the jets in the bath.

Cons: Decor a bit tired and plug in bath didn’t work properly.

Pros: Heating was great, it was very warm in the apartment we stayed in. (Jan we visited).

Cons: The lighting in the hallway outside my apartment wouldn't turn on automatically most of the time in the evening. It's hard and hard to see the door lock.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was double window to make the apartment quiet. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The location was very good, just 25 minutes walking to the Old town and close to public transport. They allow you to leave luggage for free in their storage room after check-out. I also liked that there is reception opened for many hours so you can easily contact them if needed. I will definitely stay again here if I come back in future.

Cons: I liked the apartment very much, but I would suggest to add a doorbell at the outside door as when I arrived to do the check-in the door was closed and I needed to call to a phone number written at the door to be able ro access . Not everyone will be able to make calls to a foreign number. Also that some days before check-in I received a message from the property recommending paying in local currency as some banks charge fees. As my booking was made in Euros, I decided to convert Euros in Czech Crowns for an small fee in my debit card to pay in local currency and not to pay more fees than that later on when paying, but then at the reception when paying they used a much higher rate than the current one, charging me 10€ extra for the conversion. So in the end instead of paying a fee to the bank I ended up paying a fee to them. If I would have known I would have paid directly in Euros as it was my original plan before receiving the message. They say in the message better to pay in local currency but then when you pay in local currency they use their own changing fee higher than the real one. Lack of transparency and a trap to get an extra money. This is the only thing I didn't like from the place and the reason why I give a 9/10 instead of a 10/10. Last thing is that oven cannot be used due to safety reasons.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable

Pros: Property was neat and clean and well connected to public transport.

Cons: Lift stopped working had to carry our luggage via stairs..

Pros: Comfortable beds , nice warm rooms . Good shower and kitchen facilities.

Pros: Lovely apartment with all you need, spotless clean and easy reach of old town and sights. Tram 18 virtually outside or 5 mins to subway, or nice walk! Would recommend for a chilled out stay. Also nice bakery/cafe almost next door.

Pros: Great value for money, very spacious, has all amenities one would need, easy access to public transportation.

Cons: Temperature control either didn’t work or was centrally managed - the apartment was too cold and a small blanket was provided that was not sufficient.
