Pros: Spacious Clean Value for money Great location Simple check-in/check-out

Cons: 1. In the kitchen, if you can keep sugar, coffee and oil. It would be great! These are basics and seen in all other apartments I have booked in past. (Just a suggestion) 2. Nobody picked the call as I was facing issue with opening the lock of the apartment on 2nd day. Even after pressing the green icon on the link. Which got fixed later automatically in a few mins. However I was expecting someone to pick the call at the reception as I have tried calling multiple times.

Pros: We liked the location, it was very close to the metro and city centre. Also shopping mall and one christmad market was nearby. The rooms were good sized. Beds were okay. We had issues with limited number of towels and messaged the staff and they resolved our issue immediately.

Pros: The apartment has a good location, convenient transport links: Andel metro station, trams, buses. Also nearby are many cafes, restaurants, and the Nový Smíchov shopping center. It is also within walking distance of the Vltava River embankment. The apartment has a kitchen. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an elevator in the house. The windows overlook a quiet street. Registration is online. You will also have an online key to open the doors to the house and apartment.

Cons: We booked an apartment for 2 people, but the system added a child to us, which prevented us from completing the registration. They quickly helped us fix it. But for some reason they charged us the local tax for three people.

Pleasant stay in Praque

Pros: The location is good, about 10 minutes ride by bus from the main train station. Entry to the building and the apartment was easy using the code provided. The apartment was spacious. Adequate kitchen utencils were provided. It would be good if more bathroom amenities i.e. shampoo, conditioner (with labels), cleaning products, towels are provided. On the overall, we are satisfied with the facilities and the location.

Cons: We have difficulties communicating with the hotel staff to inform of the number of guests. After several attempts via emails, we were able to call the staff to let them know that there would be four guests and not two as shown in the confirmation.

We loved the location and place. A good base to explore Prague from. Recommend!

Pros: The place is not as busy - excellent to get away from August crowds in old time. Many transport options closeby to old town and sights or a 10 min walk along the river. Close to Andel metro. Many restaurants and a good shopping centre nearby. Ample space for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers

Cons: Kitchen lacked the following: equipment to make coffee. Oven glove. Drying cloth. Cloth to wipe down surfaces. Scissors to open food packets. For a 5 day stay we only got 3 dishwasher tablets and 1 rubbish bag.
