Numa Prague Poise

Definitely would go again when in Prague

Pros: The location was perfect, lots of stores and and food places nearby. Everything we wanted to see in old town was within walking distance. The neighbourhood seemed safe at any time of day or night. The room was very spacey an very nicely arranged. I liked the functionality of entering the premises with code without need for staff.

Cons: The pillows were very bad, too soft. In the last day we couldnt leave the bags in the lockers at the reception because there were very few and were all occupied and we had to pay at another storage facility.

Great accommodation - Would be back again!

Pros: Everything was perfect (great location, the room, value for money)

Cons: The cleaning lady did not come during our 3 nights stay

If i visit prague again, Numa Prague Poise will be my one and only accomodation option.

Pros: Location was perfect, amenities are over expectations. Everything was perfectly organized; even earplugs were provided!

Great location with the perfect little apartment that suited amazingly, clean and easy!

Pros: Clean, easy to enter especially with the Numa app, which had all the additional information needed. Great location, 10 minute walk for majority of attractions.

Cons: I would love if there were actual human staff members, although the app and messaging service they provide were great and equally as helpful. It is nice when there is a face behind the screen, even in the lobby there was no member of staff which did feel odd.

Our view was awesome

Pros: This was much more spacious than I expected. It was such a nice surprise. Our view was amazing as well as we can see the Prague Castle from our room. We even had our own walk in closet where we stored our luggage. Smart tv as well for those movie nights, and overall was a great stay

Cons: The floors had some noticeable stains, and cleaning wasn’t provided everyday. I believe they offer cleaning once every 4-7 days. Bed wasn’t super comfy, but it was alright.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Perfectly located. Very comfortable and spacious room. The reception staff is not always there, however, everything you need during your stay is available for you in a storage: clean towels, coffee, milk etc.

Amazing location and facilities

Pros: Amazing location, close to all tourist points, you can visit the entire city center just by walking. The room and the amenities are exactly as described, fully functional and guaranteeing a very comfortable experience. The autonomous check in/check out system is super practical and easy to use and the Numa app allows you several control options, including unlocking your room door if you ever forget or missplace the entry code. The rooms are super spacious, the beddings comfortable and you can connect your phone/tablet to the TV to watch your streaming services. Lockers for your luggage are available for free until late the day you have your check out which makes it perfect to take a last walk around the city before heading to the airport. I definitely recommend Numa Prague Poise and hope to come back soon!

Cons: The A/C control was not available during our travel period. Couldn’t really understand why but, at the end of the day, the room temperature was always comfortable.
