A cozy place to relax. You don’t need anything, just Hotel Koruna 👑💖

Pros: Breakfast was really nice and the location is close to many shops and the castle, of course. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! The hotel’s restaurant had great prices and the food was delicious. Good desserts and drinks.

Cons: Having an elevator and TV with channels in English or Netflix. Perhaps having taxi pick up from the station.

Comfortable and great location. A must return. Right under Karlstein castle.

Pros: Location was in the middle of the small village with restaurants and tourist stores within steps away. Restaurant in the hotel was convenient along with a good breakfast. Their restaurant had a daily menu along with standard menu. Very good and reasonable. Bed was so comfortable. Coffee maker in room, good cable tv with news channels in English. Oh ,yes. Staff spoke English. It was very quiet. Never heard anyone up where the rooms were. Stairs only to the rooms. Breakfast was plentiful. You could get cooked eggs freshly made to order. I would definitely return.

Cons: Internet was up and down.

Comfortable and picturesque

Pros: This hotel is in a brilliant location in the middle of the village, a relatively short walk to the castle. A terrace on the first floor has a view straight to the castle. The hotel and restaurant have an alpine ambience. Very friendly, helpful staff and very safe off street parking, which is amazing considering that the hotel is in a mountain village. We only stayed one night but would certainly stay here again.

Cons: Breakfast was basic, but adequate.

Heimelige Atmosphäre am Fuße der Karlštejner Burg

Pros: Wir waren außerhalb der Saison, trotzdem war ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet + extra gekochtes Omelette. Am Vorabend haben wir im zugehörigen Restaurant sehr gut gegessen - gemütlich neben dem Schwedenofen.
