Capsule hostel Erbenova

Pros: Relaxed feel, good for privacy unlike other hostels and very comfy beds. The owner of the property was very helpful and responded quickly to messages

Pros: Handy location - tram stop right outside which takes you to the centre of Prague in 15 minutes. Surprisingly comfortable and spacious for a capsule hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how little noise I could hear, you could hear people getting in/out of their capsule but nothing when they were inside. Was impressed how clean the capsules and shared facilities were. No snoring! Has air conditioning which is great for the summer but...

Cons: The air con in our room of 6 capsules was leaking so was off, this meant doors had to be propped open to allow cooler air in. The air flow into capsules is not very cool. You need your mobile phone to enter the building and your capsule - which most of the time is no problem but if you eg run out of charge this creates a problem.

If you want to travel cheep this is a great solution

Pros: I like small spaces so it was comfy for me To sleep. The location was good for the price so cannot complain here. The online reception people where super nice and supportive, they answers the phone very quickly .

Cons: There was a bad smell. I think some more ventilation would be needed. The doors where slamming loud and this is not to good in the bedrooms.

Prague and the hotel is a big-big love

Pros: The place was nice and clean and easy to access by tram.

Cons: The room where the capsules were smelled bad and the air inside the room was very warm and bad quality. I don't think there was any air conditioning in the room. However, luckily there was better air in the capsules. In addition, I had a bad luck with some other visitors as someone stole my food from the common fridge during the night.

Overall a pleasent stay😊

Pros: I appreciated very much the cleanlines all around and availability of cups, plates etc.

Cons: I would have loved a less noisy ventilator in the capsule, along with a fresh air inlet. I also would have loved a way of adjusting temperature, as the 23* C. preset on the aircon, to me was too hot for sleeping.

Many pros, small cons.

Pros: There is air conditioning, a huge plus, ventilation in the capsules is very good, everywhere is clean.Easy access to the hostel and control of the locks, but you need an alternative in case you can’t use your phone (forgot your phone in the capsule and locked it, your phone broke, etc.).

Cons: There is a smell from shoes in the room, there is not enough space to dry towels. Some hostel residents bang on their shutters and doors very loudly. I personally missed the washer and dryer.

Available and clean capsule when you don’t have a homestay

Pros: Clean and maintained equipment, as well as toilet, shower and kitchen stuff.

Cons: The AC is not working well, which is very disturbing in a capsule during night.
