Great stay in Prague Old Town

Pros: Excellent location, unique and quirky property, great value for money. Welcoming host who was flexible on check in and check out times to accommodate us

Cons: Some of the party found the stairs a bit difficult

Pros: Klimatyczny dom, w którym można poczuć klimat starego miasta Pragi. Największym atutem obiektu była zdecydowanie lokalizacja w samym centrum, skąd było blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. Dom jest idealny dla większej grupy osób - my byliśmy grupą 9 osobową i każdy był zadowolony z pobytu w Prague centrum house.

Cons: Trzeba pamiętać o schylaniu się aby nie uderzyć głową w sufit w niektórych miejscach, jednakże trzeba mieć na uwadze, iż jest to stara kamienica co dodaje jej uroku😊 Tak jak w poprzednich opiniach schody rzeczywiście są dosyć strome i wąskie dlatego osoby starsze mogą mieć z nimi lekki problem.

Cons: Nous avions réservé pour neuf mais une personne n est pas venue heureusement car même en descendant les tabourets des chambres il aurait manque des chaises pour la cuisine ....et conseil pas de douches en même temps car au 3ieme plus d eau

Pros: La casa è molto grande e adattissima a gruppi numerosi. La posizione è fantastica e super in centro. Il proprietario disponibile telefonicamente. Ottimo prezzo.

Cons: Come si legge in molte recensioni la casa ha delle scale strette e ripide con alcuni soffitti bassi e corrimano poco stabili (per noi non è stato un problema ma è giusto che venga fatto presente per chi potrebbe avere problemi di motricità o per persone più anziane). Il riscaldamento è comandato da remoto dal proprietario, non è un problema, ma consiglio di avvisarlo nel momento che arriverete così si scalderá più velocemente. I cuscini sono cuscini \

Stadthaus mit viel Platz in unschlagbarer Lage

Pros: Das Beste hier ist wirklich die Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Es gibt 9 Schlafplätze auf vier Schlafzimmer verteilt. Zwei davon sind sogar kleine Apartments mit Küche und Bad. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche auch. Die Schlüsselübergabe war umkompliziert, obwohl wir viel zu früh waren und wir haben den freundlichen Vermieter direkt angetroffen, als er gerade mit der Reinigung zugange war. Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte kann man hier sehr gut wohnen, wenn man günstig und zentral mit einer größeren Gruppe Prag besuchen möchte. Wir waren mit Kindern und Hund(!) dort und für die war alleine schon das Erkunden der vielen Winkel unserer Unterkunft ein großes Abenteuer.

Cons: Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass das Gebäude alt ist und so seine Eigenheiten hat. Die Treppen sind steil und schmal, die Geländer wacklig und man kann sich an einigen Stellen gehörig den Kopf stoßen, was mir nicht nur einmal gelungen ist. In das oberste Apartment komme ich nur in tief gebückter Haltung herein, wie in ein Hobbit-Haus. Alles nicht schlimm, sollte man nur wissen. Wer alt oder nur eingeschränkt mobil ist, sollte hier nicht absteigen! Alle Schlafzimmer sind nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich groß und es gibt eine Menge zu putzen. Trotzdem wäre in der Küche etwas mehr Hygiene wünschenswert. Gerade in den Schubladen und Schränken sollte gelegentlich mal durchgewischt werden. Alles ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Ein paar mehr Handtücher und Küchentextilien wären schön. Parken ist ein Problem, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Es gibt Tiefgaragen in der Nähe, dort haben wir unser Auto abgestellt.

Pros: Отлично расположение в самом центре старого города. Прага один. Карлов мост 200 м. Очень Колоритный старый домик. Кухня с достаточным оборудованием. Отдельные комнаты, которые с лёгкостью вмещает в себя девять человек и они очень комфортно там расположены. Три ванны

Cons: Не все кровати очень удобные. А самое главное уже можно было бы чистое и свежее постельное белье и полотенце. Отсутствуют туалетные принадлежности
