Good value for the money
Pros: The highlight of the stay was the host. He accommodated our needs and despite the late (or early) hour of our chack-in he talked to us and made tourist attraction recommendations. The building itself is quite old, we liked it very much, but it is not for everybody. Everything was clean and well-furnished along with a kitchenette and fridge.
Cons: The kitchen lacked a sink and the windows were a bit hard to open. The lightbulbs could also be brighter.

Lovely host , nice room with own bathroom . Convenient to tram 17.
Pros: The host met us at midnight and was very friendly and welcoming . He showed us the room and also how to get into town . It was really easy to get the tram in and although there wasn’t much around the place, it waa ok as when we arrived home from town , we needed sleep .
Cons: The entrance and gardens could have been tidied up but didn’t affect us.Just to make it more presentable .

Excellent value for money
Pros: Very kind staff. Great value for money - easy access to the city but in a quiet neighbourhood.
Cons: Everything is quite old and run-down, but we knew this going in.

Pros: spacious room, high ceiling. sink in the room, cooking facilities in the room (refridgerator, microwave, electric ring and kettle, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and cups, cutleries). \

plne dostačujúce vzhľadom na cenu
Pros: Bezkonkurenčná cena a relatívne blízka vzdialenosť k MFF UK na Tróji (15 minút peši do svahu, z toho časť je úzkym chodníkom medzi záhradami + ďalší úsek po hlineno/trávnatom chodníku do svahu alebo +430m obchádzkou po asfalte); metro Kobylisy je asi na 10 min peši. Pán majiteľ nám zabezpečil oddelené postele (namiesto manželskej), trochu sme sa síce obávali ich dĺžky na základe iného komentára, ale bolo to 190 cm (a bez spodného čela), čo nám plne stačilo. V izbe bola chladnička aj mikrovlnka, a patrila k nej aj kúpeľňa s umývadlom, WC, vaňou so sprchou, práčkou a fénom na vlasy. Teplota v zimnom období tak akurát.
Cons: Dom je vo svahu, takže si to vyžaduje chodenie do/z kopca, ak sa chcete niekam dostať; obchody sú dosť ďaleko. Raňajky v čase môjho pobytu neboli dostupné, ale aspoň bola na izbe k dispozícii chladnička a mikrovlnka. WiFi občas vypadávalo.

Very pleasant stay!
Pros: I had a pleasant stay there. The room was spacious. I didn't feel as noisy as other reviewers mentioned. The amenities were good as well. I have to mention that the landlord was extremely nice. He spent half an hour talking to me about how to get around Prague from the apartment.
Cons: I have no complaints at all.
