Very comfortable stay but beware isolated location if you are on a bike
Pros: Seemless check in. Very neat and tidy. Host kindly extended checkout time due to bad weather.
Cons: It's at the top of the very steep embankment or cliff up from the river. This gives great views, but if you are on bikes it's hard work getting from the EV7 bike path up to the property. And DON'T try going up the stream like we did. Some more guidance on finding the property from the bike path would be helpful. No local food shops or restaurants

Nice location
Pros: Location and view, easy check-in/check-out, clean, outdoor space and facility to rest
Cons: we book for 3+1, property is advertised for a sofa bed, while Sofa bed condition was very bad, it wasn't possible to open it to make it bed, also it was so old that it can break anytime if you will try to open it. 2nd thing I didn't like was Kitchen facility - it's averagely occupied with kitchen utensils, there were no new cleaning sponge, and cleaning liquid was almost water (too much mixed water, so it was hard to clean utensils). There was only 1 proper towel in bathroom, and even that wasn't looking good, there was no shampoo and no body wash gel to bath.

Great tranquil stay outside of Prague
Pros: The location is in a green valley with a river around 20 minutes from Prague. It is quite calm there until you discover there is a main road on the other side of the river and airplanes fly over the property every five minute but it doesn’t disturb too much. I personally enjoyed the airplanes. The property is very nice and newly built. There’s everything you need inside the apartment. Recommend that you have a car if you intend to stay here and if you want to visit Prague then I can recommend parking at P+R Holešovice where you can park for 100 koruna per day and take the metro just next to it.
Cons: Be mindful when you arrive to not end up on one of the older gravel roads leading to the property. We did at one point, coming from the east of the property and it wasn’t fun hearing the vegetation scrape all over the car. Make sure to drive from the north east. There is no way to turn back if you end up on it and it gets narrower and narrower. Perhaps offering free coffee pods would be nice. As it were they cost 0,5 EUR per pod.

Cons: The apartment is quite a distance from Prague - about 30-40 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The road can be a bit challenging, particularly at night. This makes the apartment more suitable for those travelling by car and those who prefer a quiet, secluded location over being close to city attractions. Also, we found the room to get uncomfortably hot during summer days, especially if it remained closed for a long period. The small A/C unit present in the room was insufficient to cool the place down. We believe a bigger A/C unit or a fan would significantly help to combat the heat. Pros: A lovely secluded place at a good price for those travelling by car. The apartment has absolutely everything. Gorgeous views from the terrace. The village is very close to Prague. Driving to the centre of Prague is about 30 minutes.

Skvělé místo v létě i v zimě.
Pros: Apartmán je dostatečně prostorný, skvěle vybavený a i v listopadu se dá dobře vytopit.
Cons: Apartmán byl připraven pro dvě osoby, ale rezervace byla na 4 osoby. Uvítali bychom koše na tříděný odpad. Vše ostatní bylo super.

Pros: За допомогою GoogleMaps дорогу до помешкання знайти дуже просто. По вулиці Chrpová треба їхати до кінця, і там неможливо помилитися. Заселялися ввечері, по темряві, тож всю красу розтащування оцінили тільки зранку. Неймовірний краєвид з річкою! Залізниці на тому березі при зачинених вікнах зовсім не чутно. В номері було все що треба. Дуже зручно і комфортно. Опалення працює, а також є додатковий обігрівач. Через те, що реєстрація заїзду аж після 15 години, ми в день приїзду зранку зупинилися на парковці P+R Letňany прямо біля метро, весь день гуляти Прагою, а вже ввечері о десь 20й годині поїхали в готель поселятися. Наступного ранку знов на ту ж парковку і ввечері назад.
Cons: Чутно, коли сусіди нагорі тупотять по кімнаті. Сусідів за стіною чутно меньше, але через двері між нашою і сусіднєю кухнею доходять запахи їжі. Розумію, що звукоізоляцію зробити дорого, та і не дуже треба. Але ущільнити двері між кухнями можна дуже дещево і просто. Дорога до помешкання вимагатиме обережності, якщо машина має низький кліренс.
