Great apartment for city break
Pros: It's well located apartment. Within 5 minutes you have an access to a metro. From there you can get an access to all major locations you would like to visit in Prague. Host was incredible and even with limited English he was doing his best to make sure everything will be explained. Very quiet as well.
Cons: Its just personal thing but pressure in the shower is bit small but doesn't affect anything :)

A spacious, clean and well equipped 2 bed apartment close to public transport
Pros: A spacious, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment located in a block in an up and coming residential area. A 10 minute tram journey to the main tourist attractions with supermarkets and shops close by. Florenc metro station is a 5 minute walk. Thus, it would ideally suit up to four people wanting to explore Prague by Public Transport.
Cons: Nothing major springs to mind although in the larger bedroom the blinds only come 2/3rds of the way down and given there are so many windows I suppose some guests may be affected by excess light/street noise.

Лучший отдых в Праге!
Pros: Мы приехали ночью и очень боялись, что хозяин нас не дождётся. Но он не только дождался, но и лично встретил нас на улице! Был очень любезен, всегда реагировал моментально на любой вопрос и просьбу. Квартира оказалась очень просторной и уютной. Учтены просьбы предыдущих жильцов и теперь окна на ночь закрываются плотными шторами, свет не беспокоит. При закрытых окнах не беспокоят звуки с улицы. В доме будет так тепло, как вы захотите - батареи отопления регулируются по вашему желанию. На кухне есть абсолютно всё. Квартира соответствует фотографиям и даже лучше. При такой цене это просто находка для дорогой Праги. Еще и до исторического центра 7 минут пешком. Огромное спасибо за удовольствие такого проживания в самом прекрасном городе Европы!
Cons: Улучшать - только портить. Всё замечательно!

Pros: L’arredamento è molto bello; si possono trovare tutti i confort necessari, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina. La posizione è leggermente fuori dal centro, ma a pochi metri dall’appartamento vi è la fermata della metro e dei pullman per raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni principali.

Court séjour a Prague.
Pros: L'appartement est bien situé, proche du métro, des lignes de bus, du magasin pour les courses. L'appartement est propre et dispose des équipements (sauf d'une cafetière, dommage). Un parc à quelques centaines de mètres. La communication avec le propriétaire, relayée par son collègue, a eté bonne. Par contre, pour le prix, il n'y a pas de climatisation l'eté (mais nous le savions).
Cons: L'appartement est mal isolé, et ce malgré les doubles fenêtres. On entend les trains, les bus, les klaxonnes. Dommage De même, les rideaux occultants ne descendent pas jusqu'en bas des fenêtres (donc masques pour yeux obligatoires, sinon réveil a 6h). Mais l'appartement n'est pas cher par rapport a d'autres appartements...

Excelente
Pros: Nos ha encantado. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El apartamento muy bien ubicado y próximo a una de las principales estaciones de metro. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente desde el primer momento.
Cons: Por poner una pequeña pega, decir que el apartamento no tenía cafetera incluida, por lo que tuvimos que comprar una el primer día. Por lo demás, todo genial.
