APT in Prague Charles Bridge 1km by Michal&Friends

Cozy, comfortable, excellent value for money

Pros: The apartment is spacious and nice, very conveniently located right near the tram station and having lots of shopping options and restaurants around. There are two big bedrooms (3 and 4 beds) and a small one with a double bed, a dining area, a very cozy kitchen, a toilet and a shower room. It's a perfect place for a family or a very close group of friends. Bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet (one of them was facing the street with the tram and cars, but it was not particularly noisy), temperature can be set individually in each room. We were pleasantly surprised to find washing powder and laundry softener, dishwasher tabs and complimentary salt, pepper and oil. These are small details that hosts never think about, but they make your life so much easier. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, we did not miss anything (we appreciated to have even paper towels). Self check in was easy, we received clear instructions in advance and everything went smoothly.

Cons: The bathroom and toilet room are a little dated, they could use some refreshing. Also, since the apartment is housing up to 7 people, it would be useful to have more options. A tiny sink in the toilet room and a second toilet in the shower room would make everything a lot better and raise the value of the apartment.

Great stay. I would readily return to this same place.

Pros: Very quiet appartement. Loads - really - of places to buy food and lots of reastaurants around. A hyper-market in a huge shopping centre 5 minutes down the road. Very surprising and unexpected. Public transport - trams - just outside the front door. Metro, 5 minute walk to it. Old town centre, 30 minutes amble away. Pleasant to walk there too.

Cons: The kitchen is tiny and the selection of available pans, almost inexistant. Good enough for knocking up a quick and simple meal... Bed very comfortable but, big blankets nowhere to be seen. A Czech thing ? TV works great if you have an Amazon account or something similar - no local tv prorammes available. Vexing. Admitted, I don't speak czech but I like to see the sort of things others watch.

Spacious clean apartment. Perfect location.

Pros: Despite being on the roadside, our apartment was very peaceful & quiet. It was spotless, spacious & comfortable & there was everything we needed to stay for the 9 days we were there. It's location is perfect for us. The tram stops 100 mtrs away but if you like to walk, it is only a 20 minute to Charles Bridge & another 5-10 minutes to the old town. There are bars/restaurants & takeaways closeby & 5 minutes from a large shopping centre in Andel, which is also where the metro station is. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & will definitely be back. Thankyou.

Cons: No plug in kitchen sink 🤣

Huge space with parking included

Pros: Perfect spot for car drivers and ideal for family trips.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: Large bedrooms with great beds! Super comfortable. Well equiped kitchen. Quiet area but also has supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc. we rode the Ricula bikes into the old town everyday (but you could also walk as it’s not far). Great spot for a group. Loved it 😊

Comfortable and cozy

Pros: The flat is in a very nice area. The restaurants in the area are with normal prices, a difference you can feel if you eat in the historical center. Near the place, you have all kind of shops and 2 supermarkets which is a huge plus. The apartment was very clean and super cozy. It had everything you needed for the stay. The hosts were very easily reachable and they even left a guide in the place with tips what to eat, do, visit in Prague. Very pleasant accommodation.

Świetne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do rzeki Wełtawy i Tańczących Domów, 20min do centrum spacerem. Bardzo dobry stan mieszkania, nie różnił się od tego przedstawionego na zdjęciach, na plus również fakt, że było bardzo czysto. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia we wszystkie podstawowe przybory do gotowania. Dodatkowym atutem była apteczka w łazience, która okazała się bardzo przydatna z uwagi na uraz doznany w trakcie zwiedzania miasta. System odbioru kluczy również okazał się dobrym i bezproblemowym rozwiązaniem, a instrukcje były bardzo czytelne, więc od razu odpowiednio trafiliśmy i mogliśmy wejść do budynku, a potem do mieszkania.

Cons: Brak zastrzeżeń. Zwracam tylko uwagę, że przy rozszczelnionych lub otwartych oknach słychać przejeżdżające po ulicy tramwaje, więc jak ktoś jest bardzo wrażliwy na dźwięki to może być to dla niego uciążliwe.

Sehr süße und bequeme Wohnung 😊

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ein schönes großes flauschiges Bett. Die Beschreibungen und Videos waren sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnungslage ist zentral.

Pros: Idealna lokalizacja, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, ładnie urządzony i całkiem spory. Podróżowalismy w 3 osoby z nastoletnią córką więc miejsca do spania było wystarczająco. W apartamencie było ciepło i niczego nam nie brakowało. Super instrukcja dotycząca odbioru kluczy i dojazdu do parkingu. Świetny kontakt z obsługą, bardzo pomocni. Dziękujemy za miły pobyt i pomóc :)

Pros: Lage war ziemlich gut. Es gab mehrere Strassenbahnlinien direkt vorm Haus und eine Metro in der nähe. Daher alles gut erreichbar. Auch der Parkplatz war nur 2 Stationen entfernt. Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot viel Platz. Vermieter sehr nett, obwohl nie persönlich gesprochen.

Cons: Leider gab es 3 Tage von 8 bis 15 Uhr kein fließend Wasser wegen kurzfristiger Kanalarbeiten der Stadt. Vermieter haben sogar versucht die Arbeiten zu beeinflussen, war aber nicht möglich. War natürlich für uns etwas ärgerlich.
