Pros: The apartment is fantastic, everything is very clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is new and has a code elevator. Free locked parking space in the garage. The apartment is only 2.9 km from the National Museum, which is easily accessible both on foot and by public transport. Good service, the host is polite and helpful. He welcomed us, explained everything, gave advice on places to visit.

Nice comfortable studio
Pros: The studio was exactly as presented in photos, near a tram station (2min) and a metro station (15min), spacey fridge, decent kitchen facilities and awesome shower, with a hanging towel warmer and clothes washing machine in the bathroom. Enough towels were provided. Additional cleaning products upon request. The entrance has a big closet for leaving bags and clothes which was nice. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, very nice pillows as well. All according to my needs and as expected. The reception personnel was very kind and helpful on the request to leave some bags after checkout (even though they are independent of the booking.com arrangements and are not obliged to accommodate requests from booking.com hosts).
Cons: On the downside there are no plugs near the bed to charge a phone. Also the curtains of the balcony near the bed don't close 100% so hosts either need to change this or to provide an additional shutter or a clipper to hold the curtains totally shut (they have been informed of this). Be aware that only one key is provided for the studio, and the key is needed to ascent the elevator to reach the studio floor. Some of the reception personnel speak only Czech, no English (they are independent of the booking.com arrangements so they are not obliged to accommodate requests from booking.com hosts).

Pros: Páčilo sa mi miesto. Pekné, moderné, blízko sme mali električku, nákupné centrum, metro. Pod bytom sme mali obchod a kaviareň. Recepcia príjemná.
Cons: Určite záclony,😅 ktoré sa nedali poriadne ani spojiť aby neprenikalo svetlo a ktoré boli tak dlhé že som sa o ne často potkynal. Tiež ma zaskočil prach a nečistoty na podľahe hneď ako sme prišli. Majiteľ by mal dávať pozor ako mu upracú byt ale nevadí, nič zlé sa nestalo, Prahu sme si užili a prídeme aj nabudúce. Ďakujeme😁

Pros: La ubicación aunque está un poco lejos del centro tiene justo enfrente del edificio una parada de tranvia que te lleva directo al centro, con varias lineas de tranvia y con gran frecuencia de llegada.
Cons: No habia cortinas oscurecedoras en la ventana ni persinas que dificulta el descanso a partir del amanecer que es muy temprano. Menaje de la cocina justito. El sofa no es cama , facilitan ropa de cama para dormir sobre él. Almohadas un poco incomodas.

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, рядом остановка трамвая, 5 остановок до Вацлавской площади, большая площадь квартиры, мебель новая, комплектация всем необходимым для проживания
