Balu Apartments

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment. Service delivered as promised

Cons: Getting entry to lift area from outside was tricky. Need more descriptive information on booking.

It is a really good place to stay close to the city centre

Pros: It was really clean, and well placed, we could go into the city central in 15mins, which was really nice. There was 3in1 coffee for the morning which we actually forgot the bring so thank you

Cons: We missed a microwave from the room.

Pros: Everything great, good parking, super clean, clear communication with the host, quiet place

Lovely, would come again!

Pros: The apartment was immaculate! Good to local transport too! Also had a TV which was a bonus! The bathroom is also lovely! Would 100% recommend!

Cons: If I could change anything I would of liked something in the kitchen area to make food, like a toaster or microwave. Also the signage when you arrive isn't very clear, we arrived late at night and it took us a little while to work out how to get in, then we had to check in ourselves and scan our room card which was a little scary as we wasn't too sure what to do. Once we were in though it was perfect!

Good place for a right price

Pros: The place is beautiful, the Balu kitchen works all day and has superb food and atmosphere. Check-in was easy, they even had Lithuanian language option on the check-in computer. Internet was good, super cozy place, bathroom and terrace.

Cons: They didn't reply when asked about the laundry room. So we haven't figured out how to use one. The building is a bit sketchy, but the apartments area is very well made so that's not a problem :) There was a moment when construction worker has crossed our balcony. That was a bit strange. :D

Pros: Self checking was super cool. Even that the building is close to the trains, the room was quite enough to have a nice and enough rest.

Cons: This trip was a birthday present for my boyfriend so I requested a balloon and two beers into our room as an extra surprise. I did not receive answer for days not even after 3 messages and emails. Then I got the promiss that it is possible and they will put these items into our room... still waiting for it. Reaching the apartment was way too complicated as the card that opens the apartment room does not opens the main doors of the building. Also it would be a lot more easier if there would be more signs how the guests can reach the rooms.

The stay was very nice.

Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful. The biggest plus was the parking. The apartment was very clean and had all of the necessities. We really liked our stay here.

Pros: No banheiro tinha esponja para limpar calçado, e outras miniaturas para auxiliar no banho , como shampoo por exemplo.

Cons: Na Cozinha poderia ser colocado algumas outras louças, pano de prato principalmente No banheiro tem que colocar um suporte para que segure o chuveiro direcionado para baixo, o que tem está quebrado e é se ficar preso nele enquanto tomamos banho só molha a parede da frente alagando o banheiro, então temos que ficar segurando o chuveiro enquanto lavamos a cabeça com a outra mão, bem desconfortável.

Pros: Molto pulita, ci siamo trovate bene ma la zona è un po’ isolata, sta in un edificio che sembra essere un ospedale. Per brevi soggiorni è ottima, prezzo buono e non molto distante dal centro

Cons: Spazi ampi, pulizia, letti comodi

Pros: Прекрасний вид, всі зручності, непогане розташування

Cons: Єдине що б хотілось додати - трохи більше кухонного приладдя (лопатка, кришку для сковорідки)
