Apartment David O2 Arena Prague

Pros: What I liked most is that the tram station and a shopping center with a large supermarket are located just across the street, which makes everything very convenient. The building is new, cle an, and well maintained. Overall, everything was quite good.

Cons: One thing I didn’t like was that the blankets were too short. I had to choose between covering my upper body or having my legs stick out, and they were also not thick enough for winter. Additionally, since the apartment includes a kitchen, it would be nice if some basic items such as salt, pepper, and similar essentials were provided.

Perfect place to stay if you have business in this part of the prague for couple days.

Pros: Best location possible for what we needed. Really comfortable bed. In the apartment everything clean and well maintained, tidy in general. Shopping mall ringh next to the door and O2 is like 2 minutes away.

Cons: The price is slowly approaching that of hotel accommodation with breakfast :)

Modern, clean and well located - just be aware the check in and out times are restricted

Pros: The apartment is very clean and modern. It has everything you need and all works well. The hosts were prompt in terms of both check in and check out. The location was very good as I was at a conference at the Universum just 5mins away.

Cons: Renters should be aware that check in is from 15.00 to 20.00 pm and check out is from 8.00 to 10.00 in the morning (and it is not possible to change this to earlier or or later). On arrival you must pay 200 euros deposit, all in cash, the cash deposit (which was returned at the end of my stay) and the local charge. It's 15 euros for air-conditioning. Other than that the only thing I didn't like about the apartment was that the bed was very hard and I was given only one, quite thin pillow.

Pros: small but quite cozy apartment. the apartment is very warm in winter. there is everything you need + a mall nearby.

Pros: Lovely apartment with all the amenities. Good location, near the shopping cente.

Cons: Such a lovely place overall, definitely could have invested in better quality pillows.

Nice and cozy apartment with a room for improvements.

Pros: Clean apartment, kitchen are decently equipped, new building, supermarket nearby, transport, full size fridge with a freezer.

Cons: Just one small pillow, no shampoo or shower gel, no paper towel, complicated wifi setup, no AC.

Pros: Perfect location. Apartment was clean and it had everything that we needed. Host was friendly. Nothing was too much for them, even though our arrival time kept changing. Would definitely book again when we come back next year. Recommend.
