Pros: I loved how spacious the rooms were, the kitchen was really up-to-date and well-equipped. The bathrooms were really modern and comfy, as well as the bedrooms.

Cons: To be honest, I can't complain about anything. It was very spacious, the staff members were absolutely helpful, kind and competent. Everything was in place, clean and they also separate the trash, so it's actually green as well.

Review from a group of two parents and 3 children

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent, right near the midpoint of Wenceslas Square. The apartment itself is spacious, furnished and well maintained. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the rooms also has a separate shower. There is one toilet and another room with a shower and toilet. As a result, this is an apartment that is very suitable for hosting families or a group that comes together.

Cons: The only drawbacks of the apartment concern the check-in process - to collect the key you have to go to the company offices - Ruterra Apartments - which are about a 15-minute walk away, a less convenient process if you have luggage and children. I suggest thinking about a solution that is also common in other places where you leave the key in a safe at the entrance to the apartment. Also, the official check-in time is at 4:00 PM, which in my opinion is relatively late.

Great weekend in Prague

Pros: I booked this apartment for a weekend with my friends, and everything turned out to be great: the rooms, the kitchen, and the living room. At first, I was a bit sceptical since there weren’t many reviews at the time of my reservation, but I’m glad I changed my mind! I also had the pleasure of communicating with Alex, who was always quick to respond to my messages and requests. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment: it’s comfortable, well-located near the city centre and the subway, and perfect for a stay in Prague.

Cons: Everything went smoothly during my stay, but I’d like to share a few notes that might be useful for future travelers when choosing accommodation in Prague. The office to collect the keys is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, which might be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. Also, from what I noticed, the building is not fully accessible for wheelchair users. There is an elevator, but to reach it you first need to climb a flight of stairs. As mentioned, these are just practical details that I hope future guests will find helpful. As for my experience, everything was excellent.

Great steal for a big group in the centre of Prague

Pros: Very central location. Spacious and good for our big group of 6. It had all basic amenities.

Cons: Everything was great. We were missing shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Pros: Fantastic location, nice clean apartment, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Cons: Stay only spoiled by flooding shower in bathroom.

Pros: Локація просто чудова. Також апартаменти дуже просторі і ідеально підходять як для відпочинку невеликою компанією, так і для великих компаній. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування страв

Cons: По ключі потрібно далеко йти, приблизно 10 хв. Також в апартаментах повністю відсутні будь які засоби для душу. Після дороги, коли ти хочеш нарешті просто прийняти душ та поспати, перше що ти робиш - це шукаєш магазин поряд, щоб купити гель для душу. Я бачила багато подібних відгуків, тож не думаю що за таку ціну проживання це така складна проблема для вирішення.

Pros: Top Lage Super für Gruppen Super freundliches Personal Top Ausstattung

Pros: Very spacious 3 bedroom with well equipped kitchen and functional common area. Very comfortable beds. Having two bathrooms and two showers is great for a family of 5. Location is great, coupled with excellent Prague public transit it made for a wonderful stay.

Cons: We did not find any shampoo or body wash when we checked in. Ended up buying some. Staff assured me this was in error and not a policy.
