Charles Apartments in Old Town

Great spot

Pros: I just recently stayed here. Prime location. It was very reasonable and the Apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had a small issue with the shower and the staff fixed it really quickly. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Prague!

Pros: The apartment was large and in the heart of the old Town. Although the streets were full with tourists the apartment was completely quiet. It is 2 storey with everything you need. We were up the top and there was a lift to take your cases up which was fabulous as mine was very heavy! The location meant it was an easy walk to everything!! Love Prague!!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: It is a lovely space in the center of the town, 8 Minutes from Charle's bridge for big families or party girls.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in the absolute best old-town location imagineable

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious apartment in the absolute best location imagineable - so close that you can pop in and out to Old Town Square, Christmas Markets and Charles Bridge as often as you wish. The coffee machine was a nice touch too. Hosts were super responsive and friendly. Prague in December, stunningly beautiful .... loved the Christmas Markets and the lights of all the beautiful buildings.

Cons: Two (tiny) bathrooms but only one toilet - if this had been made clear in the listing we would never have booked it for our party of 6 adults. However ..... so pleased we did book it because it's a good sized, very comfortable apartment and the location simply cannot be beaten. Not for the early to bed, light sleeper though .... it's above the main walkway between Old Town Square and Charles Bridge so voices do resonate late into the evening (no traffic or music, just the hum of the tourist throng). Don't be misled by the lead photos on the listing - the balcony / terrace is for one specific apartment only. And as has been mentioned by others, the curtain in the lounge area (where the sofabed is located) is far too thin to keep out the street lighting.

Pros: For key pick up the instructions were clear. The video was very helpful. Good facilities in the kitchen and lounge. Our son loved the coffee machine. The communal space was great for our family and Netflix was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Fantastic location.

Cons: To have somewhere to store luggage. Everything was an extra cost whereas a hotel provides this. The duvets on the beds needed to be bigger. Due to it's superb location it can be noisy at night - you can hear drunk people. The shower/bath in the ensuite doesn't work properly. . It is a little bit more worn that the photos suggest.

Prague is an incredible place to visit we loved everything about it

Pros: Lovely and clean and massive beds, also had streaming options on the TV in English to watch of a night. Perfect location right in the centre and walking distance to everywhere.

Pros: 2 private bedrooms with dedicated bathroom, plus a couch bed and another toilet, perfect for large groups. Nice position, around 20 minutes walking from the train station.

Lovely stay

Pros: Location was great, in the heart of Prague next to everything. Simple check in instructions made the stay way easier. The room is fully equiped with everything needed. The room was cleaned perfectly.

Cons: Our room was right next to the stairs and the lift which made a lot of noises. We are young so for us that was not an issue, maybe for somebody else that would be a problem.

Very Pleasant place to stay.

Pros: The location is superb. Perfect for exploring the inner old town.

Cons: Only real comment is that the one shower is in need of a redo. All other facilities are great. It would also be nice to be able to check the individual apartments on the website. As the photos show you a wonderful terrace but we could not utilise this as it was not linked to our apartment.
