Pros: The security was good and quiet. The location was good. It was nice to walk about 6 minutes to the tram and Tesco was also 6 minutes on foot. First of all, the price was reasonable.
Cons: There was no other information. But you don't have to look at the information. The biggest weakness is that it teaches you how to get there an hour or two before check-in on the day of check-in, the entrance password, and how to find the house key. If you had known in advance due to internet and battery issues, you would have had less trouble, but as a traveler, the internet was unstable and there was no battery. And even though I asked for information in advance, my reply was slow and it wasn't difficult, so I said I would let you know when I was ready, which was a bit disappointing. Travelers also had to know the route and how to get in beforehand, but those parts were regrettable.

Pros: Everything is available and clean. But the missing equipment is the washing machine for those who stay for more days The location is very good near the old town and 15 minutes by walking to the river
Cons: There is no washing machine. The nearest bus or tram stop is around 1 km far. It is acceptable if you have no luggage There is no reception in case. You should communicate by phonebor whatsapp

Pros: Close to tram, and easy to get to city. Good facilities for a longer stay. The shower and bathroom was fabulous. Good communication
Cons: We couldn't get the air con to go, was okay to leave window open during the day but too noisy at night so got a bit hot. The bed was average, could do with more pillows.

If not the air issue I’d book it again
Pros: *the area close to Ujezd and Petrin Tower; *clean and well-designed apartment; *comfortable bed and nicely equipped, new bathroom;
Cons: *lack of fresh air when the window is closed; *constant noise (also at night) from the cars of the busy street when the window is open; *could not feel the effect from the air conditioning.

Nice Modern Studio in Prague 5
Pros: This it is a lovely little studio some 3km from the city. It’s in a new building with lift, spotlessly clean and fairly quiet (a lot of traffic noise but good windows). Everything you need is there for a short stay (except a tea towel, a toaster and a washing machine). Good communication with the management. Very good WiFi signal. A shopping centre, tram, metro, restaurants - all of this is approx 500m or a 5-min walk.
Cons: I have no complaints but here is some additional information: If trouble finding the place, simply locate the Green Point in Prague 5 - this is a tall round building just round the corner from the studio.

Very good apartment
Pros: - Very hospitable host who let me check out a little later due to my flight times. Prompt responses to messages. - Modern, clean apartment in safe building. Good sized for a studio. - Plenty of utensils, cups, plates etc. Also some sugar etc. - Large fridge with icebox. - Window can be opened fully. - Good shower - Fair price for what you get - Most of the city sights are within 30 to 45 minutes walk. Shopping centre, large Tesco, supermarket, take aways and McDonalds, KFC etc all within 10 minutes walk.
Cons: - Difficult to find the property and correct entrance door when arriving. Would be best to give the building name (MyMozart) in the instructions and on the booking.com page and send photos of the door. Also, the generic address on the Booking.com page for the property meant I gave incorrect directions to the uber driver. - There are no curtains so the room is bright from early.
