fantastic location with big balcony! Just not very luxurious, but very basic furniture and supplies.

Pros: very good contact with the host, both by phone and whatsapp

Cons: we asked 4 beds and got 3. the bed in the living room was really hard.

Perfect base for a chilled city break

Pros: Location great ;Veey Spacious with lots of storage optioms. Saff were very welcoming. Apt block has a lift and there is a good level of security. Area very quiet over night altho all old town attractions about 5-10 mins away. Very good selection of bars, eateriies, bakers , minimarts luggage store and bike hires. Beds v comfortable. Loads of tourist books , a selection of games amd umbrellas thougtfully included. Roof Terrace was great -made good use of iit- accessed through the bedroom. Acceas to Bedrpom via a winding open slatted wooden stair case. Kitchen spacious stocked with sufficient equiptment but cleanliness of crockery etc varied. Provision of a brush & pan,mop as well as a plug/basin in the kitxhen would have helped keeping things clean. Will definately be back.

Cons: 2 of the double beds in the room opposite the lounge mattresses were exceptionally hard so my friends didn't sleep well.

Spectacular view in the city centre

Pros: The most spectacular view! The terrace is unbelievable! The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's the very center of the town, you can walk everywhere

Cons: Just the pictures of booking com are not quite right... We had a spacious appartment, renovated in the early 90ies, with broken handles and some patina, which we loved but it looks a little different than in the pictures. And I had to dust all shelves. Just so you know. But the view is worth it!

Excellent location

Pros: Perfect location - very close to great restaurants and cafes. Comfortable place for a large group.

Pros: Location was perfect, we had 3 spacious rooms plus kitchen, toilet and separate bathroom (different from the ones on photos but we liked it better for our family needs), 10-15min walk from everything we wanted to see, good choice of restaurants (frankly the best one was on the other side of the road), parking for 5 days costed 90 euros total in underground secure parking next to Sparta stadium.

Location and cleanliness beats the worn-out furniture

Pros: The location is extremely good, probably the best you can get and everything was quite clean and tidy. The host didn't meet with us because he had urgent family issue to attend to, but he sorted everything well to get the keys and enter the property with ease. For all the necessities I recommend going to Lidl which is only a 10 minute walk away. The pictures attached are taken on our last day of stay. (The balcony corner sofa pillows were taken inside).

Cons: Host didn’t pay that much attention to the messages, but he picked up the phone right away when called. I called him on the last day as he didn't reply where the keys should be left after the check-out. So, if you have the same question, he told us to leave the keys inside the apartment on the table as the doors lock when you close them from outside. The first message that I didn't get a reply at all was on the first day about the Wi-Fi password, but we had cellular data, so I didn't push it. Therefore, a note with Wi-Fi name and password inside the apartment would have been useful. The most important thing that we disliked was the overall worn-out condition of the furniture. On top of that the balcony corner sofa set tabletop was missing which would have been nice to have and the TV can be taken out to free up space as you can’t watch anything on it anyway unless you have your own laptop with HDMI cable. (Not that I need or recommend watching TV when traveling). The last thing is the church bell ringing early in the morning which you obviously can’t control, so make sure you take ear plugs if you want to sleep with the windows open. Overall - the low price matches the condition, therefore 8/10.

Pros: Todo estuvo bien entrega y recogida de llaves, tuvimos un accidente justo cuando estábamos de salida, afortunadamente no pasó a mayores y espero lo hayan solucionado. El lugar está cerca y es facil caminar a cualquier lado, hay de todo cerca para hacer las compras y salir a pasear. Es muy fácil, el lugar estaba limpio y administrativo está en comunicación constante .

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage

Pros: Die Lage war ideal und die Aussicht von der Terrasse waren erstklassig! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und vom Anbieter haben wir schriftlich noch Tipps erhalten. Für unseren Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons: Es ist kein Hotel sondern privat geführt und daher individuell bzw. etwas zusammen gewürfelt eingerichtet - für uns total ausreichend! Manche Schubladen im der Küche hätten sauberer sein können und die Terrassentür müsste mal repariert werden, diese konnte man nicht gänzlich schließen.

Pros: Ottima posizione. Appartamento molto carino , funzionale con terrazza fantastica! 😍
