Fabulous stay, friendly host lovely apartment would to recommend.

Pros: The host was exceptionally diligent and friendly he communicated well with us and arranged to meet us at a time. He also had a whiteboard with a map and many recommended places to go in the local vicinity. We found this very helpful. I would stay again. The host also provided good for breakfast in the fridge. This was a really nice touch especially as the supermarket is only a short walk away.

Cons: It would be helpful if host could provide two sets of keys or alternatively provide two outside door keys and have a small key coded key store for the room outside the room door. This would enable two people to go off and do their own thing and not have to keep arranging to meet across the city of Prague to go back to the apartment.

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet area ,clean ,free WiFi,very close to a nice restaurant ( from the block,straight out and then just after the next block on your right side,photo attached ) we had quite a few meals there .we used Uber taxi to get to city centre(20 minutes ),aquapalace (10mim), and zoo(25 min) .Also.there is an indoor swimming pool with 1 slide about a few min walk from the apartment . Had an enjoyable experience

Pros: We enjoyed our stay from start til the end. The apartment is confortable and easy to find. We used our car for exploring the city of Prague but near the apt there is a bus stop that goes to the metro. We really really apreciate the shower battery :) i know, a little unsual to observe things like this, but the SPA feeling that is gave by that shower battery is amazing after a full day of walking and exploring. Also, kind of magic is the carrer of the owner for the good state of mind of the guests: there are availeble books on the personal development, audio and video materials on one stick, maps of prague, guides, a lot of informations about the apt, the location and the big city.

Cons: I dont have anything to mention here.

Pros: I really like board with sights od Praga for an easier tour plan (with included restaurants and possible transportation to the desired point). Very quiet, peaceful neigborhood. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, possible access by elevator. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable. Bedding is very soft, it has pleasant smell. Bathroom is nice, spacious. Space is clean, cleaning supplies are avaliable. Apartment also has board games, books and big tv with Netflix. It is also suitable for families with children.

Cons: Internet conection is slightly slow. Drain in the bathroom was almost clogged.

It was really great! I would come back again (and again)!

Pros: The host was great. He was there to greet us personally and make sure everything was great. The location is very accessible to the city center and nice and quite with a lot of space for our children to play which was a big plus for us. The apartment was modern, clean, and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well done!!

Cons: The host said breakfast was included in the price. I really appreciate that he made it part of the overall affordable package. But if you're more than two people, you have to go shopping for breakfast or have breakfast elsewhere as the items were too few. My suggestion is to give people two options: No breakfast like most airbnbs do or Breakfast with an additional price of 20 euros (but for a shopping bag of 3 days).

Pros: Everything was perfect. Explicit instructions provided by the host, exceptional value for money. Great coffee machine, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful magnolia tree blooming near the entrance. Everything was just perfect, this appartment was a perfect base to explore Prague.

Cons: My stay in the room was 12 days. The absence of a washing machine and dryer caused some problems. Only this does not allow to evaluate housing in 10 points.

Pros: Сподобалось місцерозташування: зупинка в доступній локації, до метро 2 зупинки. Дуже тихе спокійне місце, якщо важливо вночі висипатися. Був сніданок в холодильнику. В помешканні все є для комфортного проживання. Порядний і оперативний орендодавець. Швидке вирішення всіх питань.

Cons: На жаль, не має в помешканні праски і пральної машини, що важливо для подорожуючих. На площадці загального користування біля ліфту та вхідних дверей постійний сморід - запах цигарок, що зранку, що вдень, що ввечері.. Питайте господаря про додаткові податки і збори, бо вони є і про них Ви дізнаєтесь після сплати оренди…
