Pros: The apartment is nice and very cozy. There is hot water and a quality shower, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a fine bedroom The apartment itself is clean, well heated and good

Cons: . it is important to say that despite the proximity to Wenceslas Square and the excellent location, the street is quite scary and so is the building. There are at least 3-4 businesses on the street that deal in sex.. It is not clear in what style (are these shops selling sex equipment, a strip club or some other dubious business), but during the evening there are groups of men entering or leaving these businesses and it is scary. It is important to say that as soon as we turned onto the street from Wenceslas Square, we held on tightly to the building's entrance key and walked quickly because the street is scary. The entrance to the building is also really scary, dark and unpleasant, more than once in the middle of the night there are slamming doors and shouting from outside and it is a very scary feeling.

Pros: Very clean and spacious apartament in the city centre. Beautiful decor throughout. Nice touch of a bottle of water in the kitchen and bath robes in the bedroom.

Cons: The curtains in the bedroom didn't close properly. No hand towel beside toilet sink and no bin or floor mat in the bathroom. The apartament could benefit from additional floor lamp in the living room.

Pros: location was great - 10 mins walk into old town and easy to access public transport

Cons: only thing i woudl say is the curtains in the bedroom aren't great - they dont pull together properly to completely block out the light - blackout blinds / thick curtains would have been better - but this was a tiny nigggle - other than that the appartment is really well appointed - design led - very smart

Pros: Location , stylish apartment, easy accessibility, quiet, very very clean, very comfortable sofa bed, comfortable bed, great shower, toilet separate from shower room, nice coffee machine including two free capsules and bottled water. Living room /kitchen area had plenty of space. Smart TV with easy connection to personal channel. Fully functional kitchen including a new washing machine. Drying Rack and iron were included. A good grade hairdryer was provided. Fantastic place

Pros: L'appartamento è favoloso. C'è tutto quello che serve con un tocco in più di classe ed eleganza. A due passi da pizzerie, ristoranti, state opera, Venceslao, supermercati, metro.

Cons: Il condominio è piuttosto squallido e per il terzo pieno l'ascensore si apre su una scala su cui due volte su tre si può inciampare ma basta farci l'abitudine. Il bagno è diviso in due. La camera col water non è riscaldata (è un antico edificio e deve essere impossibile fare di meglio ma è pur sempre un problema). Nonostante la via sia frequentata da prostitute per la vicina sauna, la zona è sicura e nessuno mi ha dato fastidio. Forse troppe regole in casa e troppe minacce di multe per inosservanze.
