Spacious apartment in great location

Pros: The location is perfect, the apartment was spacious, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The warm floor is the greatest feature, I absolutely loved it. Nice smart tv and fast wifi. Communication with Alex was superb, all of our questions and requests fulfilled.

Cons: The apartment looks a little weared out already. Pay attention to the fact that it is in the basement, we knew it and during our stay in first days of September it was OK.

Very good value for money. Owner was very professional and responded immediately in all communications.

Pros: Location was great for our needs. Very close to several major tram stops but far enough away to be very quiet.

Cons: It’s not actually on the ground floor as it is below street level, so you can see people’s feet as they walk by.

Pros: A lovely and welcoming apartment, fully equipped with a kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, and all the utensils you might need. It features a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a double bedroom. The bathroom is a bit small, but the shower is wonderfully spacious. The apartment is set in a quiet neighborhood, just a few steps from a tram stop that takes you quickly and easily to the city center. You'll also find plenty of pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. Absolutely recommended for a great stay!

A good location to stay for a couple of nights in Prague

Pros: Enjoyed that it was a ground floor apartment. Had 2 rooms, clean apartment. Stayed there with a friend of mine, and also with my dog. Easy access from the entrance of the main door. Although we arrived in the 30 November and stayed for 4 night, and had 3 days of snow, everything was ok. Hypermarkets and a few coffee shops are nearby, also a close restaurant is in the proximity of the apartment.

Cons: A bit cold inside the apartment, but survived and all was good.

Quiet location, easy access, clean and comfortable.

Pros: From the check-in process, with easy to follow instructions and easy access, to the whole stay, there were zero problems. The place is well equipped, the host very professional and the location quite and residential.

Нужно уделить немного внимания этим апартаментам, сервису и чистоте.

Pros: Удобное расположение недалеко от центра. Рядом в отеле Ольшанка парковка за 16 евро в сутки, для Праги адекватная цена. Есть полностью оборудованная кухня со всей посудой и техникой. Есть соль, чай, кофе, но вместо масла почему-то уксус. Апартаменты не новые, но отремонтированы, освежены. В последний день я написала владельцу о своём негативном опыте и отправила фотографии, он сразу отреагировал и после моего отъезда прислал фото с заменой вещей на новые.

Cons: Это -1 этаж, отопления нет, но в сентябре умеренная погода. Есть обогреватели. Думаю зимой будет не очень уютно. Чистота была на низком уровне, уборщица явно не перерабатывает :) Сломанная мебель, утюг, фен. Выдается 1 полотенце на человека, не хватает еще маленьких дополнительно. Надеюсь, что следующие посетители получат лучший сервис, так как владелец сразу же отреагировал на мою обратную связь.

Pros: Posizione eccellente, vicina alla fermata di diversi tram che in 10 minuti portano al centro. L'arredamento è abbastanza moderno e sicuramente pulito. L'host è molto gentile.

Cons: Unico piccolo neo una sola asciugamano grande (telo doccia) a disposizione. Con una seconda sarebbe stato tutto perfetto.
