TurnKey I Central Apartment with Terrace

Super clean, big, convinient location and perfect customer service.

Pros: Location; Perfect, right in front of the national museum and metro station. A lot of restaurants around. Cleanliness; Very clean room and bath. almost felt like staying at the hotel. Room; Super spacious, top floor of the apartment and view from the balcony was breathtaking!!! Communication with host; very easy and super fast to respod. There is a call center they can provide answer immediately. Direction to pick up the key was very clear and very organized. Pick up location was super close. Bath; Very clean with bath tub. Good warning about the hot water otherwise my kids would have used up all the hot water before us! Plenty of the toweles to use.

Cons: We paid for their contracted parking. We imagined indoor parking near by but it was actually a bit far and outside (it had security code to go in) in the muddy garden. We ended up with paying for the public parking near by for convinience. Wifi pass cord was incorrect and we had to call the customer service for the correct code. Instruction sign in the room needs to be revised. Heater in the living room(floor) was loudly Rattling. Once we put tissue between, it stopped but needs repair.

Beautiful apartment with added bonus of a terrace with amazing views.

Pros: The apartment is absolutely stunning with the added bonus of a terrace outside with the most beautiful view across Prague. Stunning sunsets too. The communication with the owners was instant which is what you always want. Fridge in the hall takes a bit of getting used to but does not cause an issue. Take some binoculars if you want to really see every detail of Prague as you can see for miles. Thank you for a beautiful stay. We will come back to this apartment for sure.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like, could do with a toaster but that is all we can say.

Cons: We didnt know where is place to put the rubbish in the bldg , it would be nice to mention it.

Pros: It was an amazing stay in a beautifully arranged apartment with thoughtful little details. A spacious apartment with comfy beds, great isolation, but the best was an outstanding view over the museum and illuminated city domes

Perfect Prague apartment

Pros: Incredible location, wonderful modern apartment and facilities and helpful and communicative staff.

Cons: It was all fantastic.

Pros: Good location, clean and comfortable. All equipment provided.

Cons: Complicated registration without reception. Keys are at one place with a code. The entry is at a different place. Before you get the keys you have to complete an online form. The lounge functions as a bedroom, without wardrobe. Takes away most of the lounge.

Pros: The apartment is very exceptional the location is great you can reach every where easily , the furniture and decorating is beautiful
