Nice place for families

Pros: Good location for family that looking for quiet place without tourists. This is a new house divided for 3 flats. All was new and designed inside. Big yard with swing. Free parking. Friendly staff. TV with YouTube and kids channels.

Cons: There is no stove for cooking. There was a problem with hot water, wasn't enough for 5 people on last night.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hostess is very nice and kind. The apartment is very comfortable and nearby are tram and bus stations. 30 minute ride with the tram to Charles Bridge and the center. A supermarket and restaurants are close to the apartment. Definitely when we go back to Prague we'll prefer to stay there again.

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable, convenient location with tram stop 5 minutes away. There was also a big supermarket and a good pizzeria in the neighbourhood. We liked the option of parking.

Cons: Maybe some mugs and tea spoons would make the kitchen space better, otherwise there is convenient space to prepare breakfast :)

Pros: The apartment is placed in a nice house, in the Praga 12 region. There were 2 double beds and one rather big sofa. There was a nice yard, with a parking place, a place for sitting and chilling. We used Praga tramway to get the center(30 min to center). It's really nice and fast way to reach the old town. When we needed an iron, the host brought it very fast. It was a really friendly host , who recommended us some place to see. We recommend this house for good rest.

Cons: It was no place for drying wet plates and cups.

Pros: Sauberes Appartement mit moderner Ausstattung, perfekt für eine große Familie! Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus oder sogar auf dem Grundstück mit abgeschlossenem Tor. Supermarkt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Anbindung an Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin - vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

War ein schöner Aufenthalt, Preis-Leistung passt zu 100 Prozent

Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, Übergabe perfekt geklappt, die Lage ist ebensfalls super, da gleich die Trambahn in der Nähe ist. Wohnraum ist gut ausgestattet

Cons: Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen nicht so gut geeignet, da das zweite Zimmer ein sehr kleines Bett hat, ist idealer für eine Familie mit Kindern aber nicht 4 Erwachsene

Отличные приватные апартаменты в тихом районе для семьи.

Pros: Это новый частный дом, разделенный на 3 квартиры. Апартаменты очень уютные и чистые. На кухне есть электрочайник, микроволновка, кофемашина, маленький холодильник и посуда. Хозяйка Татьяна очень отзывчивая и всегда на связи. В квартире в декабре было тепло. В 500 метрах продуктовый магазин, в 5 минутах ходьбы трамвай номер 17 идущий до центра. Ооочень тихий район.

Cons: Недостатков нет.

Pros: Apartament jest bardzo dobrze utrzymany, co świadczy o dbałości gospodyni o komfort gości. Dużym atutem jest bezpośrednie połączenie tramwajowe z centrum miasta, eliminujące potrzebę korzystania z samochodu. Jedynym sugerowanym udogodnieniem byłaby mała płyta indukcyjna, umożliwiająca przygotowanie śniadania😉

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar schöne Tage in Prag.

Pros: Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Tetyana begrüßt und konnten unser Auto trotz verfrühter Anreise gleich auf dem Grundstück parken. Sie konnte bei unseren Fragen sehr gut weiterhelfen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn Linie 17 war 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe war auch ein Supermarkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Pros: Čisto, malo van centra grada, što je odlično jer nema gužve a ispred staje tramvaj koji vas vozi direktno do centra grada za 20 minuta
