Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location - easy access to Prague center by tram and bus (stop practically at the door of the building). Excellent value for money. Flat is well equiped and fully met my expectations.

Cons: Collective entrance to the building could be nicer.

Pros: Comfortable and well equipped apartment near tram station and small grocery stores

Pros: Clean spacious the facilities the kitchen and the shower , two steps walking to the tramway six minutes ride to the center

Cons: The location is not in a pretty street and quit noisy

Great location

Pros: Location is fantastic, with the tram stop right outside it was very easy to travel into and around Prague. You are also close to Praha- Smichov train station where you can take a 30 minute train to Karlstejn Castle. There is also a great shop 2 minutes walk away with lots of options at good prices. The kitchen was large and well equipped with pots and pans. Barbara was friendly and let us store our luggage at the restaurant downstairs after we had checked out. The flat was spotlessly clean and the WiFi good. It felt very safe, both in the flat and in the surrounding area.

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The road is noisy and it is quite hot in the flat at night. It would be good if there was some cooking oil or other kitchen essentials.

Good value accommodation, with good public transport access

Pros: Wonderful property and friendly and professional host. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible to the city centre in 10 mins (via tram). There are a couple of local supermarkets nearby and good facilities to cook. The bed was comfortable and although next to a main road, not too noisy. Wifi was good too. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: No, it was ideal for my needs.

Pros: It was even bigger than it seemed like on the pictures, super clean and you can see that the furniture is really new. I stayed there for a bit more than 2 weeks and anything I needed was there, the host was really friendly and there is a tram stopping right in front of the door so it's also well connected. Definitely had a lovely stay!

Pros: Super cute little apartman, has everything you need and is super cozy place to stay. It has a fully working kitchen even with a toaster. There is a hairdryer. There is a restaurant downstairs and a tram stop on the same street. Good for discovering the city. And having a homey place to stay.

Pros: The location was easily accessible by tram. The check-in process was smooth and the place was really clean and comfortable. All necessary items were also present in kitchen. I will highly recommend this place.

Cons: A little bit loud from the street but only really sensitive people may have problem with it.
