The modern apartment

Pros: Everything was great! Very nice, patient and helpful host!

Pros: The best place we have ever stayed at. The owner was so nice and sweet! Left free cupcakes for us. It was really easy to find because the owner provided us with video directions. The location was perfect, close to all the good places and tram. The apartment was really cute and it felt like a home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything about this stay was perfect!

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Nice apartment and surroundings.

Pros: Good location, suitable for 4 people, I saw extra bed for 5th person. Equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, iron, nice coffee. All doors opening with codes, so no keys, very convenient.

Cons: Problems with payment, I had to add host to trusted contacts in Revolut to make payment possible, none of cards I am usually using was working. First time had such issue.

Pros: The modern apartment is superbly located. It is close to all the pivotal sightseeing places in Prague but it is located in a residential area where it's a little quieter. There are tons of shops steps away, the public transport that takes you everywhere-center, airport, etc is 2 min away. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The owner had left us goods for snacking and drinking, especially appreciate the coffee pods for the coffee machine. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay there. The owner was responsive, The deposit was returned within the allotted time.

Cons: There was a smell from the bathroom, so we kept the door closed, but you could still smell it. There are no hooks in the entryway or a standalone coat hanger where to put your outer jackets/coats. It would be really nice if the owner would provide a coathanger especially now for the colder season. We ended using the clothes drying rack to put our jackets in the entryway. Either way, we highly recommend the apartment.

Excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location in quiet neighbourhood, relativly short walk to Charles bridge or Hradchany. Tesco hipermarket in shopping mall also close, so is the huge park with path to Petrin hill. Appartment has two separate rooms, one includes kitchen and bathroom.

Nice place when visiting Prague

Pros: 15 minutes walk from Old Town makes this apartament very attractive. No problem to fine a parking place on surrounding streets. Apartament is big, clean and well equipped. Great for family stay.

Cons: No comment - all was fine

Pros: Great location for city center sightseeing, spacious, quiet flat for a family of four, small but sufficient and well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Bathroom vent not working. No dedicated parking, parking on nearby streets doable but tricky due to 3 different parking zones.

Pros: The apartment is really nice, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, and it is near Charles Bridge and other attractions. The apartment is well equipped with facilities, and it was very pleasant for us. The host made us check-in easy. He even left a bear as a gift.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and nicely decorated. Had all mod cons such as cooker microwave washing machine . Quiet area with good amenities such as tesco around the corner Ease of check in and out with door codes. Owner very nice by message. He kindly left a welcome pack and was flexible with check in .

Cons: The drainage system smelt very bad constantly The 200e deposit being taken a week before arrival and only being returned 2 days after I left. Never experienced that before, it should be a pre authorisation surely?!

Recommended

Pros: Very good location, you can even walk 'home' from the city center. The tram is super close as well. It was easy to communicate with the host and the door works with a code so no wasting time to exchange keys. Clean and well equipped, the living room's sofa bed is also comfortable. The host left us so many coffee capsules which is very kind and rarely experienced it before.

Cons: Maybe some coat hangers could be added to the hallway for convenience.
