Residence Salvator - by Prague City Apartments

Pros: Great location, very large and spacious apartment. Clean and basic equipment. Quick response and always available.

Cons: The radiator heating in the house is automatic, so it turns off at night. Two nights I got up to turn it back on because I was cold. Less pleasant. We also asked for more towels for the bath and were told that it was impossible to bring more than one to a person. This is strange to me. I haven't encountered this anywhere.

Pros: The location is fantastic — within walking distance to many attractions. Communication with the host was excellent. The staff met us at the apartment to hand over the key, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Best choice in Prague

Pros: The staff were super nice and attentive. Any question or request was answered right away. We had a small issue with the safe, and they came really fast to fix it. They also helped us arrange a ride to the airport for a great price, even better than Bolt.

Cons: You can’t leave your luggage in the apartment if your flight is in the evening, so we had to take it to their office, about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. But we knew that in advance, so no complaints

Pros: Spacious apartment with VERY comfortable beds and PERFECTLY localized. Monuments, cathedrals, museums, old town square, marina, restaurants, bars - all within walking distance.

Cons: The apartment could use a bit of renovation.

The best stay ever

Pros: Great apartment in the heart of Prague. May be the best we ever got. Big separate rooms, bathrooms, everything is just perfect! We had to change the dates after they were non refundeble, they helped us. Next time in Prague we know where to stay. Thank you very much!

Pros: the rooms are huge and have a very spacious feel. AC is available only in 2 rooms. One bedroom is without AC. The location is absolutely fantastic. close to the main square, close to bus and train stations. Very safe locality.

good apartment at the center

Pros: Location was great, just steps to the center. Felt safe. Clean and specious apartment. Customer service was good, easy to communicate by whatssup. we were able to check in early and at check out we were able to leave our luggage at the office.

Cons: the kitchen was very small but it had all the appliances. There could be more towels but we managed.

Perfect for a Family Stay in the Heart of Prague

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Residence Salvator in Prague’s Old Town. Travelling with our baby, we were a bit nervous about comfort and convenience, but this place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and quiet, with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and other main sights. Yet, the apartment felt peaceful and safe, which was ideal for our little one’s naps and early bedtime. The host, Yulia, was incredibly helpful and even provided a baby cot and high chair upon request. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for family with babies. It made our first trip to Prague with a baby stress-free and very enjoyable! We will surely come back to this apartment for our next visit!

A beautiful apartment that speaks the soul of the lovely city of Prague

Pros: The location and apartment were beautifully decorated and beyond my expectations. The apartment is located in the centre of the City of Prague in a tranquil and comfortable place. Everything is a short distance from you. The beauty of the city can be viewed from the upper-floor window. The staff (Mr. Stephan) was invaluable and spoke English excellently, came from the office late at night to handle the keys and provided me with useful instructions. They were in reach via WhatsApp for any further support and promptly responded. They helped me keep my luggage before travelling. The whole apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short-long stay. I will definitely come again to book it.

Cons: The only thing was that the Wi-Fi was complicated and crashed every 30 minutes or so. It was not the best, it can makes you frustrated especially while booking for touristic tickets and surfing. Alternatively, I used my Hotspot, so I was not significantly affected and won't score below five stars / 10 out 10!
