Pros: It was a wonderdul stay for my family (6 person). We've stayed there for 4 days. It was a huge apartment with great equipments. The metro is just 5 minutes walk away. There are restaurants and shops nearby. During the communication with the host all our requests were approved, they were helpful a lot. Definitely reccommended if coming to Prague again, we would definitely choose this apartment again!
Cons: There's no lift in the building, with elder people and children, one should consider choosing the apartman on the 4th floor, but everything else was wonderful.

Great value for money
Pros: Great location, close to metro and trams. big space perfect for group of friends or family
Cons: It can get quite noisy when people are in the staircase, especially at night. For light sleepers it’s a good idea to bring earplugs.

Cons: Noise. Impossible to rest there

Lovely big apartment in a great location.
Pros: The apartment was big enough for a family of six. The apartment is located in the second district, which is an upmarket area with lots of coffee shops and small, boutique shops. It was about 30 minutes walking to Charles Bridge. There was a metro station downstairs that went directly to the centre. Downstairs from the apartment was a convenience store and some small fast food places. It was a very nice flat and even had a football table, which was fun.
Cons: It seemed that other apartments in the stairwell all belonged the same group, thus all were rented apartments. This was fine, but people were constantly going in and out.

Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended
Pros: Great location for me, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hosts really helpful and easy to communicate with. Lovely farmers market in the sq from Wednesday and lots of cafes and restaurants.
Cons: Communal staircase can be a bit noisy but only when other people enter or exit.

Huge apartment in unbeatable location.
Pros: Unbeatable location on the doorstep of metto, very spacious, excellent inclusions, very clean.
Cons: Vegetal smell coming up through drain in bathroom, key ring fell apart 5 times, kettle in kitchen on same circuit as washing machine in bathroom and flipped the switch. No elevator with 105 steps to the apartment on floor 4. No AC and it was very hot during our stay. Apartment is on a major street which was noisy at night since we needed to open the windows due to heat.

Well equipped apartment just at the metro line station
Pros: Well equipped apartment for your stay to explore Prague, truly close (<30 m) to a metro line. There is also quite a lot coffees, bakeries, restaurants etc. and parks around this place.
Cons: The lack of an elevator is a significant drawback if you have small children and a stroller. Parking can also be inconvenient—I recommend leaving your car at a P+R public parking facility, such as P+R Skalka II, which is just a 10-minute metro ride away, after you've unloaded your luggage. These P+R options are also much more affordable. If you are not travelling to Prague by car then just OK. Then the annoying thing is that the noise from the house stairs corridor is very loud and audible (the main apartment door are not well isolated).

Pros: the interior is very beautiful and equipped with anything you might need from kitchen to laundry facilities.
Cons: the place does not have a lift. for us it was extremely difficult to carry 5 luggages for 3 floors.
