Lovely Prague Havanska - with Free Parking

Nice Apartment

Pros: Big space. Good kitchen equipment - 2 hobs, microwaves, coffee pod machine (no oven). Extra mattress for sofa bed was really good. Big dining table. Good location to tram stop for 10 minutes to both sides of city. Near billa and Lidl for shopping. Quiet street out front. Apartment heated really quickly with electric radiators. There was a TV but didn't use it. Felt homely.

Cons: Back bedroom was noisy when people leaving and arriving as stair well located outside window.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very clean , cosy and a wonderful smell in every room and bathroom. Towels, hairdryer, coffee pads, tee, everything that you need. We will definitely come back one day. Thank you very much.

Pros: The communication with the host was great. She gave a parking recommendation before the check-in, 3 minutes of driving away. Good location, the tram stop was close, we walked once from the city centre (20-25 minutes). All necessities were there.

Cons: The parking was challenging but it was mentioned in advance. I was confused by the key boxes, I was checking the wrong ones so it took time to get in. I would say there was a humidity smell, dusty floor corners, some mold. Anyway for the price and one night stay I found it pretty good.

Pros: The communication was great. The location of the apartment is amazing. It's well furnished, we had everything we needed. Very clean. Appreciated the free parking as well.

Pros: Great place,close to Prague center,well equipped,good contact with the Host, it Was a pleasure to stay for the night, lots of space.

Cons: Nothing.All Was great.the only thing-what is stated in the offer-parking in the courtyard not for wide cars. Really narrow drive

Pros: Great location near Letna stadium, very nice apartment, host responded very quickly to our questions, everything was great!

Pros: The apartment has a good location it's a walk away from everything that you need to see in beautiful Prague. The apartment was clean and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to check in and check out 😉

Cons: The parking is free, BUT only if you have a very small car. If you have a bigger vehicle, you'll have to pay for the parking (if you have good luck to find one outside nearby 😬). It was not cheap to park!

Pros: comfortable, clean and spacious location heated apartment and quite good position of the property good communication with host

Cons: - bathroom might use a heater / anything similar - during winter it gets cold there - city tax collection separately from the tax collected by booking and also not having been mentioned anywhere - this is something I truly believe should be mentioned in the notes section of the property, it is not fair to let tourists know about this 1 day before arriving just because it is imposed by the city. it doesn't matter if it's imposed to be collected separately, your tourists need to know in advance about this by having it mentioned somewhere, I have downgraded my vote because of this

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, cicho i spokojnie, fajny spacer do centrum. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste, ciepłe.
