Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is spotless, well-run, and clearly cared for — everything felt smooth and under control from start to finish. The location is a big win: super convenient, easy to walk everywhere. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfectly organized. Somehow, during the entire stay, we barely ran into anyone from the team — only the same neighbour just three times 🙂 — which made the whole experience feel calm and almost private. No hiccups at all, just a seamless and very well-managed stay.

Cons: Not really a dislike, just a small note: the 10:00 check-out time felt a little early. An 11:00 check-out would make an already great stay even more comfortable.

Convenient and easy.

Pros: The convenience of check in. Great communication from staff. The location was superb and it was spotlessly clean.

Cons: Very industrial style felt a little cold, but it was trendy.

Pros: Stunning apartment with a lovely little terrace! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated.

Cons: Absolutely nothing apart from the lack of iron/ironing board in the room although we did notice one in luggage storage, which means there was one available on request.

Perfect stay and would love to come back one day. The owners can’t do enough for you too

Pros: This was my first visit to Prague and staying at The Emeralds added up to my overall experience. Amazing place with such an original and cosy interior! The location could not be better to explore the city - 4 minutes from the main square, in the old town, yet in a quiet non-touristic street. Although the check-in process was online and you receive a code to enter the building and collect your keys, there is an office with a receptionist during the day - from 9 am to 5 pm. Right after I entered my room, Katerina came to greet me with a glass of prosecco. She is such a nice and smiling person! All of this, with the personal touch, was quite unexpected after the digital check-in, but so precious, especially for me. Personally I don't like this modern way of travelling when you never meet real people. Every time when I see this old-fashioned good manner, it warms my heart. Thank you, Katerina! Hope to see you again!

Cons: Nothing. All was perfect.

Pros: The location was perfect and our hosts Katerina and Sofia were wonderful. They gave us a map and directions to places. A great introduction to Prague.

The best apartment experience in Prague

Pros: It goes without saying, the location design and facilities are incredible. It was clean, and you had all the amenities you could think of. Checking in was very easy and done contactless at almost any time after 15:00. The staff were also fantastic, discreet, and readily available to cater for any needs. I would like to especially thank Katerina for making our stay so wonderful. I will definitely be coming back.
