Pros: Prostorný byt, čistý, prostorný, blízko vlakového nadraží, blízko do centra, kousek od stanice metra Můstek

Skvelá lokalita v centre

Pros: Skvelá lokalita a veľmi dobrý pomer cena/kvalita. Apartmán je pomerne dobre vybavený, ale zrejme prešiel nejakou rekonštrukciou a už nemá varnú dosku, hoci komín na odsávač pár tam stále je. Takže, ak si chcete variť, nemáte si na čom. Jedine, že si donesiete vlastnú indukčnú jednoplatničku 😀. Ale keďže je to v centre, všade tam máte možnosť navštíviť reštaurácie alebo typické české hospody.

Cons: Trošu nedbalo upratané, pod sedačkou a posteľou bol prach a aj nejaké perie z holuba sme tam našli 🤔. Možno kúpeľňa by si zaslúžila tiež malú obnovu. V skrini bolo nejaké pánske oblečenie. Ja by som si myslel, že keď to prenajímam ako ubytovanie na booking.com, tak to bude prázdne. Na airbnb mi to nevadí.
