Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Właściciel przesympatyczny i bardzo pomocny. Instruktarzowe filmiki nagrane przez Petera pierwsza klasa. Nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego przy kamienicy. Parking bezpłatny jedynie w weekendy, tej wiadomości brakowało w opisie oferty. Pobyt udany, apartament przestronny. Standard adekwatny do ceny.
