Pros: Cozy and warm. I really loved the bathroom too although the toilet is a bit high for some reason. Always hot water and radiators, loved that. Really comfortable bed too and I loved the location. The only thing that might seem bad to someone is that there is a kid that is screaming from like 2-3 floors above but you LL live it's not something really negative. You should totally visit. Pros there is a baggeterie boulevard around the corner, you should try!

A sincere recommendation for renting the apartment.

Pros: A comfortable and spacious apartment in an excellent location in the center of Prague. Clean, comfortable, warm, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with hot water available at all times. The only remark is that small towels are included in the price, while large ones require an extra charge. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Great Value and Location, But Important Check-In Info Missing The property offers very good value for money and has a great location — close to everything you need and convenient once you’re there. It’s comfortable, clean, and overall a good place to stay.

Cons: However, one thing that could be improved is the check-in information. I followed the directions provided on the Booking.com listing and went straight to the property, only to find out that the keys actually needed to be collected from their office in town. I then had to walk back about 15–20 minutes (around 50 minutes round trip), which was quite inconvenient, especially with luggage. It would be much more helpful if this key collection detail was mentioned clearly in the property description or check-in instructions. Apart from that, it’s a nice stay and definitely good value for the price.

Very nice, price-value ratio is super for a very good location and facilities. Would be recommended for everyone

Pros: we loved that the property provided good security (access with multiple keys) and provides good facilities such as washing maschine, drying rack and even a standing fan for good air ventilation

Cons: The lighthing for the kitchen was a little bit inadequate. since the hanging lamp was on the middle of kitchen (shadow cast whilst working by the countertop) and the lamp for exhaust fan on top of the stove didnt work, using the kitchen was a small hassle, but its not a dealbreaker imho.

Convenient apartment at the city centre

Pros: The room was very clean, refurbished and close to the city centre (Wenceslas square).

Cons: To get the key you need to go to the office which is at the city centre, relatively close to the room, but still it's about 10 minutes walk.

Comfortable appartment with great location

Pros: Great location, we didn't even bought the transport tickets. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Good value for money.

Cons: The floors and bedding were not the cleanest. Dishes were still in a dishwasher when we arrived. I would give 6/10 for cleanliness.

Pros: Me gustó mucho la amplitud y la ubicación del lugar.

Cons: Calefacción no funcionaba en uno de los 2 departamentos. Las toallas que ofrecen para el cuerpo son demasiado pequeñas. La taza del baño estaba despegada y no tenía shampoo

Pros: Дуже хороше розташування. Близько до центру і дуже зручно. Також квартира простора і було дуже зручно. Кухня мала все необхідне і було чисто

Cons: Продували вікна, а одне зовсім не закривалось , тому було не завжди тепло. У ванній погано змивав злив.

Pros: Ambiente pulito,caldo ed accogliente,situato in un ottima posizione,con la metro a pochi metri.
