Perfect communication with the owner, perfect apartment

Pros: The proximity to the center is really great, the sofa bed as well as the beds are very comfortable, a very good restaurant just down the street, the apartment is very pleasant to live in and is very quiet. A very important point, the communication with the owner is very responsive and it is nice to point it out.

Cons: The lack of microwave but it's only a detail and the elevator which broke down during the week but is not the owner's fault
