Lieliska cena, izcila atrašanās vieta, tīrs un ērts dzīvoklis.

Pros: Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Dzīvoklis tīrs, silts un saulains. Netrūka ne galda piederumu un elektroierīču, netrūka arī dvieļu segas un spilvenu, jo viss atrodams dzīvoklī skapī. Ir pieejamas gan veļas, gan trauku mazgājamās mašīnas. nekas nebija saplēsts vai netīrs.

Cons: Tas nav gluži mīnuss, bet ceļotājiem no citām Eiropas valstīm, kurās neeksistē nulltais stāvs, jāatceras, ka Čehijā otrais stāvs fiziski nozīmē trešo stāvu :) pie dzīvokļa var būt pagrūti ar autostāvvietu, bet tas ir visā Prāgā un nav tieši attiecināms uz dzīvokļa rezervāciju.
