Pros: Everything was nice; we were only a bit confused in the building, but the owner was on the phone to assist us.

Pros: The apartment offers everything you need, including a washing machine. It was clean, quiet, new building, good location.

Cons: The pillows need an upgrade. An air freshener was in the fridge, it made the fridge unusable because the smell was too strong.

Pros: Prompt communication, location near to the tram station, well.managed concierge, ample.space with good sound proofing, neat and tidy premises with good amenities. Late stay extension due to my partner's ill health was really a nice gesture !

Cons: Nuthing to report, really. Single beds were there which were small sized.

Very clean apartment at a great location

Pros: The location was great, as it is near tram stops and metro stations that can take you all around town pretty fast. Also, you have a big shopping center around 10 mins away, where there is a large super market, stores and food options. The apartment is clean and new and has everything you need both for a short and a long stay. The accommodation is warm and there is also a portable AC for warmer weather. There is a full stove+oven setup, which allows for preparing full meals at home, and the washing machine and dishwasher are an excellent addition. The communication with the host was great. It is located in a complex that has its own reception, so you feel really safe. We will be returning here for our next visit to Prague.

Cons: Everything was pretty great. Maybe more uttensils could be added for a longer stay. Otherwise - perfect.

A great place to spend few nights to visit Prague

Pros: A very nice and well equipped apartment close to the center of town. Everything needed was there.

Cons: The beds were a bit too hard and it was noisy at night .

Pros: We had a lovely stay. Everything was as described. The check-in was smooth, the keys are equipped with a chip that helps you get in to the building without the need of the receptionist. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities - fridge, oven, microwave, water kettle, washing machine, TV, hairdryer. The owner also offered to leave us a vacuum cleaner during our stay. The corespondence with the owner was pleasant and timely. There is street parking infront of the apartment for 20 czk/h (8 am - 8 pm), weekend parking is free.

Cons: During our stay there was no central regulation of the room temperature, which can be an issue in hot summer months, but the owner offers a portable air condition, which is 👍.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in Smichov with all necessary appliances.

Pros: The property is in an excellent location, has all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven) and was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Receptionists didn’t speak English and room was next to a tram line which can be a little loud at night.

Pros: Apartment was excellent with everything you need for a short or long stay. Very close to a shopping mall and transport hub. Clean and quiet.

Cons: Google Maps gives the location on the opposite side of the block, which can be confusing. It is best to use the address directly. Even the taxis we booked, parked in the wrong place. This is a small concern, however, as overall, it was an excellent experience.
