Delightful apartment close to every thing spacious and clean and comfortable

Pros: Location was excellent. Apartment was very close to multiple tram routes. It was also about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town square so it was centrally located and also very close to main train station. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication with host before and during stay was prompt and helpful.

Beautiful new luxury apartment with best host

Pros: Beautifully styled recently renovated apartment. Great location close to public transport. Comfortable beds. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed. Coffee, tea, toiletries etc. Good to have a washing machine and drying rack. Supermarket nearby. Fantastic view of city from top floor. The host Josef was super responsive and went over and above to assist us with whatever we needed. Best host we've ever encountered.

Cons: Nothing as everything included.

Pros: El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, muy bonito y elegante. La cocina es muy completa. La señora q nos atendió fue muy amable nos dejó entrar antes en el apartamento ya q estaba preparado. El día de la salida tb pudimos estar más tiempo dado q no había ninguna entrada ese día. El apartamento es muy céntrico, todo a pie en pocos minutos. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Praga

Pros: מיקום טוב קרוב למרכז, הדירה והבניין משופצים ומכובדים, מטבח מאובזר, התמונות אותנטיות, והמקום מרגיש בטוח. תקשורת חיובית וזמינה עם המארחים.

Cons: התחזוקה לוקה כמו ברז המטבח מאד רופף, דלתות ומגירות לא נסגרות או ידית חלון מתפרקת. הספה לא ממש נוחה עבור מבוגר אין מיזוג אויר כמו שמקובל אלא מכשיר נייד שדורש לפתוח החלון ואז נכנס רעש של הרכבת החשמלית מהרחוב...

Wunderschönes Appartment in toller Umgebung

Pros: Wunderschönes Appartment in einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Haus! Tolle Lage, Restaurants und Cafes in der Nachbarschaft, zu Fuß ist man in 10 min am Rathausplatz/Altstätter Ring. Toll ist auch die Sicht von der Dachterrasse im 7. Stock! Vom Gastgeber erhält man vorab eine Liste mit unterschiedlichen Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir haben um die Ecke auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der blauen Zone geparkt. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut. Vielen Dank, Josef! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Cons: Das ausziehbare Sofa ist als Bett unbequem, da die Matratze aus einzelnen Teilen besteht, die immer wieder auseinanderrutschen. Vielleicht kann hierfür eine Lösung gefunden werden. Wir konnten trotz zahlreicher Versuche die Heizung nicht herunterregeln, so dass wir nachts die Fenster offen hatten. Da hört man dann die Straßenbahn, die unten vorbeifährt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es absolut ruhig.
