Wonderful stay for the family
Pros: - host is friendly and easy to communicate with - flexible in checking-in - 2 separate toilets (great for the family) - spacious unit especially for family - elevator in the building and the cleanliness of the entrance to the unit - fully equipped with all the utensils in the kitchen - plenty of clothes hangers and cabinets to place our stuff in the rooms - conveniently located near the train station (walking distance)
Cons: - hot water for bathing is not sufficient for all of us to bath especially in the cold - heaters are not functioning efficiently (only at certain timing in the mid night) and it is quite cold without heaters - no hangers in the bathroom to hang our towels or clothes

Nice place, but the couch and the nerves of the host was damaged by previous guests.
Pros: The place was near the city center and the train station, with near supermarkets. It is a well equiped flat with nice spacious rooms. The second lavatory was a great additon as well.
Cons: The communication was not so easy with the host. We were travelling to Prague by train. We communicated our estimated arrival and later on when we notified them about our delay due to the train (which was unexpected since we were almost at Prague main trainstation but the train stopped in the suburbs of Prague for a long time) they wanted us to pay a fine 500 CZK/20 EUR for not notifing the delay in time. This fine was communicated nowhere before, and I was texting everytime I have some new information about our arrival. We were still in the booking time limit (check-in 15-21:00, we arrived around 16:00). However at the end we did not have to pay the fine, nor it was mentioned, but it was quite unpleasant to begin our time in Prague like that.

Pros: Гарне розташування. Чисто, просторо, є все необхідне для самостійного приготування їжі, гарне опалення - взимку це було приємно
Cons: Застарілі меблі та дуже гучні двері у спальній кімнаті - вночі це дуже заважає. Слабкий інтернет.

Appartamento nuovo, comodo e in ottima posizione
Pros: Struttura abbastanza nuova, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e ordinato. Ho scelto questo appartamento per il secondo bagno e per le camere da letto separate. Chi cerca appartamenti a Praga sa che questo è un vero lusso. In casa c’è tutto il necessario e tutti gli elettrodomestici e le stoviglie sono nuove. Al momento del check in ci ha accolto un ragazzo che ci ha spiegato tutto.
Cons: L’appartamento è al 4o piano e le scale sono abbastanza ripide. C’è l’ascensore ma è un po datato e molto piccolo. Coniglio di dare una controllata perché spesso non si apriva al piano richiesto. Porte e pavimento scricchiolante. Avrei preferito trovare lenzuola per il divano letto.

Pros: Apartament w starej kamienicy. Jest winda. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba. Plus 2 łazienki. Do centrum 20 min spacerem. Ok 5 min parking podziemny (koszt 300zl za 3 doby).. My byliśmy 2+2 ale równie dobrze mogą przyjechać 2 rodziny.
Cons: Straszny hałas. Naprzeciwko dworzec autobusowy. Hałas walizek do godz 24. Autobusy trąbiące na taxi . Brak miejsca aby nawet na 2 min zostawić auto aby rozpakować auto. Gorąco .

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familie oder Freunde in perfekter Lage.
Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und perfekt gelegen. Sie war sauber und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen kleinen aber feinen Fahrstuhl. Ventilatoren haben die Hitze erträglicher gemacht.
Cons: Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank auf höchster Stufe eingestellt. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass er gefroren war. Wir haben ihn etwas herunter gestellt, wodurch zum einen das Eis geschmolzen ist, zum anderen aber unsere Lebensmittel unter Wasser gesetzt wurden. Leider war einer der vier Ventilatoren kaputt.

Mieszkanie super !!! Wyposażenie !!! Lokalizacja !!!
Pros: Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, blisko do stacji metra, blisko na Stare Miasto, blisko dworzec autobusowy oraz kolejowy !!!
Cons: Niebyło takiego przypadku co by się nie podobało, wszystko ok !!!
