Pros: The location of the apartments is simply wonderful. There is a supermarket opposite. There are many bars and restaurants nearby for every taste. The apartments have everything you need. It is an old building. But very comfortable and very clean. Special thanks to Natalia from Ukraine, who settled us. Very friendly. She explained where to go and patiently answered all questions.

buena ubicación y muy espacioso

Pros: El departamento es grande y bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta. Inessa y Michael tuvieron muy buena atención: nos dejaron hacer check in más temprano y una noche que tuvimos un problema con la llave vinieron rápidamente a solucionarlo.

Cons: Hay un problema que es que para entrar al edificio hay 3 puertas con una llave, y después otra llave para el departamento. Y las llaves hay que dejarlas dentro del departamento, entonces cuando haces check out tenes que chequear y ir y venir para que todas las puertas queden abiertas antes de que dejes las llaves, es medio caótico. Justamente por eso la última noche nos levantaron otros inquilinos a las 4 am para que los ayudemos.

Great other than the mattress

Pros: The location was great. The apartment was a good size. Full kitchen but we didn't use it. Wi-Fi was good. Shower was fine.

Cons: We knew the bed was on a loft and that was fine. However the mattress up there was terrible. My wife ended up sleeping on the single bed on the main floor and my back is still sore. Suggest to the host to replace the mattress as all else was great.

Pros: L'appartamento si trova all'interno di uno stabile e non si affaccia direttamente sulla strada principale, per cui si gode di un ottimo comfort. La posizione è strategica poichè, oltre a trovarsi in posizione centrale, da cui è possibile raggiungere la maggior parte delle attrazioni a piedi, è posizionato in un bel contesto, ricco di locali e negozi ed è veramente a pochi passi dall'uscita della metro (comoda soprattutto per l'aeroporto). Si presenta bene, la cucina è attrezzata (spugna e detersivi inclusi!), e l'appartamento è ben rifinito ed essenziale come dotazioni. Buona la comunicazione con i proprietari per le varie informazioni e per la consegna delle chiavi al check-in.

Cons: Avrei preferito dei materassi un po' più comodi perchè quelli in dotazione, a mio avviso, sono oltre al limite del morbido.
