Value for money . Would definitely recommend
Pros: We stayed at this accommodation for 7 days It was amazing 20’ away from lesser town and 10’ from old town It’s very spacious and the accommodation had everything we may have needed and more It even had flour in case I wanted to bake ! It provided us with enough sugar -salt-coffee -oil and even saccharine in case we didn’t drink white sugar , to last us for the whole 7days. The staff was amazing , when I informed them that we’d be arriving before our available check in time , they informed us that even though , we wouldn’t be able to check in earlier , we would be able to leave our luggage at the accommodation and return at the check in time . Overall , we had a great time And this accommodation is definitely value for money I recommend booking it 100/100

Pros: Modern appartment in recent building. Supermarket and tramway station is 1 min away. Beautiful grand terrace. Comfortable bed. Parking inside.
Cons: There is no coffee machine! Pillows old and not comfortable. In bathroom you cannot take shower, there is no bath plug.

Bardzo dobry apartament
Pros: Apartament bardzo fajny, świetna lokalizacja, blisko tramwajów. Dodatkowo miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym parkingu w przystępnej cenie. Jak chodzi o rodziny to na patio wspólnym jest mały plac zabaw (zawsze jakaś chwila spokoju jak jest się z dziećmi) .
Cons: Generalnie są to pierdoły ale można dorzucić np. ręcznik papierowy w kuchni etc. No i warto mieć na uwadze że nie ma klimy. Jak byliśmy przy 25 stopniach jest ok, ale jak jednego dnia było cieplej to uważam że na dłuższą metę w wysokich temperaturach mogłoby to być problemem.

Pros: Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Квартира просторная на первом этаже со своей трассой; расположена в новострое, рядом остановки автобуса и трамваев; кофейни, магазины, аптека. Наличие парковочного места (за дополнительную плату). На кухне достаточно посуды. Есть гладильная доска и утюг!
Cons: Матрац, подушки, сковородки очень хотелось бы обновить. Маленький холодильник. Не хватает шкурки для душа, вся вода на полу.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage mit Tiefgarage und ÖPNV-Anbindung
Pros: Ich war schon oft in Prag und meide nach Möglichkeit die Innenstadt, was die Unterkunft angeht. Daher bin ich am liebsten in Nusle oder Michle. Diese Wohnung war perfekt für ein langes Wochenende. Sie hat alles, was man braucht: Ein bequemes Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein gemütliches Sofa, falls man den Abend doch mal vor dem TV verbringen will. Im Vorfeld wurde ich perfekt über alles von Kiem informiert, bekam Tipps für die Stadt, Cafes etc. So ist bspw. eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und man ist in etwa 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Im Umkreis gibt es verschiedene Restaurant. Während ich Prag angeschaut habe, stand mein Auto in einer verschlossenen Tiefgarage direkt im selben Gebäude. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, die ich nochmal buchen würde.
Cons: Wenn man krampfhaft sucht, findet man auch etwas: Ich bin kein Freund von Badewannen. Aber das ist nur meine persönliche Vorliebe.

Empfehlenswert - es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros: Sehr sauberes, modernes Apartment. Gutes Verkersanbindung. Tiefgarage Parkplatz. Der Chat mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert.
Cons: Duschvorhang fehlt immer noch , leider
