Pros: Great location within 20-25 min walking from the city centre, public transport stops and metro station are really close. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, there is also a guide book from the hosts which has a lot of useful tips. The istructions on how to get to the garage were clear, communication was quick and friendly, we got the answers to all our additional questions. The place itself is new and safe, you use your own elecronic key. All in all- a wonderful place to stay at while visiting Prague! We enjoyed, thanks!
Cons: It was really hot inside and no aircon. That's why when we held the windows open- the noise from the street was really loud and unfortunately we couldn't get a good night's sleep. The parking space provided is truly narrow and it takes some effort to park a car.

Excellent stay
Pros: It was a great stay. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has all the facilities you need. We found a helpful guide printed with hints for a lovelly vacation. The underground parking was easy to acces, free and safe. Good communication with the host. Many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Close to public transport stations.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. It's nearby the old town and we had a great walk there. Also, there are a lot of public transport stops nearby. The apartment is nice and big, very cozy. It is filled with everything for your convenience (washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc.). Also, there was free beer for us from the host, thanks for that :D The host is great,
Cons: It was quite difficult to get the keys as there was no spot to park the car on the street. Also, it would be nice to have more than 1 key when more people live in there (we had a little accident because of that)

Pros: The location is just great. Located in a new, young neighborhood. We walked into town on foot. Everything is close to the apartment. A garage for the car is available. The area is locked, you can only get in if you have a chip. You can not worry about personal belongings. We advise to stay there.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros: Schnelle Antwort auf Fragen. Schönes grosses Appartment, nur die Heizung ist zu warm. Sonst alles bestens, war sehr begeistert.
Cons: Fand es nicht gut, dass man nachfragen musste zwecks WLAN Code und keine Mitteilung wie man den Müll entsorgt

Pros: Totul la superlativ. Apartament mare, spatios, utilat cu tot ce e nevoie. Parcare subterană inclusa in pret. Curatenie. Ne-a placut foarte mult.

Jól felszerelt apartman, mélygarázzsal
Pros: Jól felszerelt, jó állapotú, világos apartman, kényelmes ágyakkal, okos TV-vel. A konyhában is volt minden, ami kellhet. A saját garázs szuper, hogy van (bár nagyon szűk volt). A környék is jó, sok élelmiszer bolt van pár percre. Bár a belváros picit messze volt, egy 20-30 perces sétával elérhető, vagy villamossal, aminek a megállója 3 percre van.
Cons: A fűtést sehogyse tudtuk lejjebb venni, hiába állítgattuk a termosztátot. A tulaj -akivel csak üzentben kommunikáltunk, sose láttuk- se tudott segíteni, így ablakot nyitottunk, viszont a ház melletti főút elég zajos volt. A fürdőn beázás nyomai voltak, de ez amúgy nem zavaró, de majd egyszer kifesthetnék.

Pros: Komfortowy, czysty, przestronny apartament, w którym znajdziecie przewodnik ze wskazówkami jakie miejsca warto odwiedzić i gdzie zjeść. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do Starego Miasta (ok. 20-25 minut spacerkiem), stacji metra (0,5 km), Lidla (0, 7 km) oraz całkiem przyzwoitych knajpek i restauracji. Podziemny, bezpłatny parking, co jest dużym udogodnieniem w Pradze. Wejście do budynku oraz wjazd na parking na chipa, co gwarantuje bezpieczeństwo. Bardzo mili i kontaktowi właściciele, którzy szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości. Gorąco polecam.

Pros: Lokalizacja spacerem 30 minut od mostu Karola, bezproblemowe zameldowanie , duża wanna! Bardzo dobra komunikacja przez wiadomości, możliwy pobyt z psem (blisko dużo zieleni było gdzie wyjść na spacer) . Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia , były sol pieprz i oliwa, niedaleko Lidl i billa. Ogólnie gdyby nie hałas to pobyt byłby wspaniały
Cons: Dość głośno przy otwartych oknach ( hałas z ulicy ) czego nie da się wyeliminować zamknięciem okien z powodu brak klimatyzacji . Byly dwa wiatraki na wyposażeniu ale nie zastąpi to klimatyzacji!

Pros: Bytový komplex Kam se dostanete pouze s čipem plus k tomu parkovací místo kousek vedle nábřeží lávka do Holešovic V této době je Mezi Domy kluziště a dokonce v restauraci holka byla zabijačka.opravdu se nám zde moc líbilo. Poměr kvalita a cena vynikající.
Cons: Trochu dál od MHD cca 500 až 700 m ale ničemu to nevadilo
