A cozy and convenient stay that perfectly complemented our time exploring Prague.

Pros: What we liked most about the property was its excellent location and overall comfort. It is within walking distance to Prague’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. For daily essentials, groceries are about a 400-meter walk away inside Palladium, which was very practical during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. After long days of walking around the city, the bed was comfortable and allowed us to rest well. The kitchen was fully equipped with complete appliances, making it easy for anyone who enjoys cooking or preparing simple meals. Overall, the property offered a comfortable, well-located, and practical base for experiencing Prague at a relaxed pace.

5 weeks in Europe in winter and the best dogs by far - value, location, and fit out.

Pros: Modern fully fitted out, lacks nothing, and sparkling clean. Located on main tram line and major shopping centre an easy walk

Cons: Cannot fault. Trams rumbling quietly past for 8 seconds at a time may disturb some but I found it very relaxing

Absolutely excellent from start to finish.

Pros: The property was very modern and clean. It was a great location to everything in the city. The apartment was really comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and smart with a great shower. The staff were so polite and friendly and great to talk to.

Cons: There was nothing bad about this place.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the property, everything was perfect. We were greeted at the reception very kindly and were able to check-in earlier than expected. The rooms are very nice and provided with very thoughtful comfort features, there are more amenities than every other place we have stayed at. They have put effort in every little detail to make their guest feel special and taken care of. We especially liked the shower and the print materials, makes everything much more personalized. The location is spot on too, very near the historic part of Prague, yet not the most touristy and has a lot of restaurants, caffès and bakeries nearby. You can also catch multiple lines of public transport right from the street.

It was a beautiful residence, the location was perfect, the staff amazing, and overall 10/10 stay.

Pros: The communication about the booking was top class. The apartments are pristine and incredibly well equipped. The staff were above and beyond in all aspects. Couldn’t fault a thing

Amazing break away!

Pros: Location was brilliant, staff so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and beautiful apartment so clean and modern

Pros: I really liked the hotel staff; they were extremely kind and professional. They contacted me via WhatsApp when I arrived in Prague to check my arrival time. The apartment was fully equipped with all essential needs, including a kitchen with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There were also two televisions. “The bed was also very comfortable, and the bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and other products, were from Rituals.”

Cons: Some noise coming from up

Pros: Great location if you have no problem with a short walk (10 mins) to the Old Town , great stuff, clean. but remember they will charge you a deposit which was kinda unexpected.

Cons: they didn’t refill the water.

Pros: Beautiful room, very modern but classy decoration. Very clean, which is the most important. Very convenient location. In general we were impressed.

Cons: Our room had zero view, our windows were facing a wall. Also, the bath products provided were not enough for our stay and when I requested one more small bottle of hair conditioner I was told that they only offer one. Really disappointing and in absolute contrast with the rest of the excellent service.

Highly recommend R16 Residences, Prague!

Pros: From start to finish this was a pleasant stay - the staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The staff gave great recommendations for Prague, and the room was fantastic, with great amenities and extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the bed was sooo comfortable it was almost impossible to leave to get out and explore Prague! I would highly recommend R16 Residences and if ever I am back in Prague I will stay here again.
